We enjoyed the DineLA menu tremendously. The all was delicious- especially loved the cabbage, tartare, carrots and the salmon! Service was Great (thank you Jackie)! And loved the atmosphere. Wait was short with a reservation. Would highly recommend.

First time visiting. Service from beginning to end was great. Helpful and attentive. Had hamachi for an appetizer, very good! Mains were skirt steak, ribeye, carrots, potato and broccolini. The crust on the steaks were very good! The vinegar side was pleasantly surprising! Had apple crumble for dessert with ice cream. Only wish was for more ice cream hah!! Will be back!

This was our 2nd time dining at Charcoal, and it remains exceptional. It was a Friday night and quite busy at the bar for their happy hour, so the restaurant seemed more noisy than the last time we were there. After we got our cocktails, bread and cabbage appetizer, there was about a twenty-five minute time period before any other food came out from the kitchen. All was well, the food was great and the service was almost perfect. We will be back.
