I haven't been here for 4 years. My husband and I used to go twice a month. The atmosphere has changed, the ambiance is definitely louder, I don't remember it being like a sport bar. Service was still good. Food was ok, prices obviously have increased since going 4 years ago.

Heard great things about Charcoal from family and finally checked it out on Labor Day. The food was definitely the highlight, but the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired.

The restaurant was only about half full, yet they sat us right by the bathroom (??). We asked to move and they did, but still not a great first impression. Service was pretty bad overall--our server was hardly around since he was also covering the front desk. Felt like they were...
