I’ve had this place a couple of times for lunch and it’s definitely a hit or miss. This last visit was one of my last ones. I was up charged on my order and not given my neighbor discount for working near by and even the manager recognized me. Once I got back to my office, I realized that my order was not correct and I was charged more for an incorrect order. I double confirmed what I wanted over the phone and was assured that they understood what I wanted. 1 giant Italian , 2 chips. Does that look like the giant Italian ? No. It was 8 inches maybe 9 when my sandwich was supposed to be 18 inches long. The plan was to share it with staff members who needed to eat, so it ended up being a major inconvenience.

Don't know what I did to deserve the sandwich I got. Ordered the Angus Brisket Philly and... it was like an onion sandwich with a topping of a few beef shreds. Took my first couple bites confused, opened the sandwich and couldn't believe it! The bread was soft and cold like a tortilla too lol. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews or any at all but this just couldnt fly sorry
