Blaire the shift leader is rude, hostile and aggressive. She should not be working in customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and she lied and said she was the manager, but she is a shift leader. I have called corporate to report her behavior.

Last night the employees at this establishment did more than their usual work duties but were exceptional human beings in helping me find my way back home after an unfortunate situation. I would like to shout out the manager, Jafar, for being so kind, patient and calm during the whole thing. Truly being a good example to the employees he manages. He was very professional and helpful. I had an excellent experience at Chicken Fillet! The terrace is amazing—perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast and high quality. The food was unbelievable—especially the chicken, which was packed with flavor. The chips were crispy and delicious, and the portions were very generous, the chilli salad was amazing. With reasonable prices and such great taste, this place is a must-visit!

My neighborhood Chick-fil-A gave me this coupon in person to use on any Tuesday 2-5 for a free mystery entree item when going through the drive through for a future purpose - one per person and no purchase necessary. I went today to use it and the team member Carsyn told me they wouldn’t accept it and that they PURPOSELY do not put an expiration date to get customers to come back.
I called this Chick-fil-A to speak to a manager and when you press “3” to speak to a manager it says invalid request.
Carsyn also said they were for graduates? There’s nothing on it about graduates and THEY gave ME this coupon in person at my last visit. If it wasn’t for me why did they give it to me?
Even though purchase wasn’t necessary I did also order an additional entree and milkshake that I paid for. Once they refused the coupon they offered me a refund for the additional food. So instead of honoring the coupon - they sold me food for me to return and then for them to throw away. Great work!
Since their phone doesn’t work I had to call corporate to complain and they said this location would get back to me. We shall see.
