Good food, quick service and affordable prices. As a tourist I found this place better than in and out.

I will say this Ryan and Rebecca are the most amazing individual people I met . Customer service excellent but they make you feel like it’s home . Rebecca with her smile and happiness and Ryan how kind he is . That’s why I go back besides the food

They literally messed up my entire order... ordered a deluxe sandwich and got a regular, orderer chicken strips and got nuggets.
The Baseline: For a Chick-filet the chicken must be well prepared, the sides must be substantial/good, and the service must be friendly and helpful.
Food: The original chicken sandwich is always awesome here and the waffle fries are always crispy. We ordered the Cobb salad with crispy chicken and a 30 piece chicken nuggets which were also very good.
Service: I had a great interaction with a team member, Dylan, who was very helpful and polite. Dylan and his team got my mobile order right.
Ambiance: This is probably the best Chick-filet drive thru I have ever been to because it was a festive holiday tunnel of lights. Dylan and his team put them up and made it a great drive-thru experience. It really added to my holiday this year and it was a great way to make the Marina del Rey Chick-filet a stand out.

This Chick-Fil-A is so professional and friendly. I am actually a vegetarian, but sometimes I take my dog there on a special occasion for a kids meal with the grilled chicken and let her eat a couple of the fries too! They Are very accommodating and let you get an ice cream cone instead of a kids toy and also give out some milk bones! They are always very professional.

I'm disappointed. I spent $19 for a wrap and some tenders and the wrap had three pieces of chicken. It was full lettuce. This is stealing from the public and it's sad that this company is doing this. First and last time visiting this brand.

Food is usually terrific. Taste awesome. Great seasoning and tasty fries with a good crunch.
Now the attitude of about 30% of the employees. That sucks.

I would avoid getting any delivery from this location. Team is sloppy and forgets items. We ordered over $100 of food with 10+ requested sauces across 5+ meals and did not get a single sauce. That’s not the drivers fault as Chick-fil-A packages and seals. That’s poor QC on this team here.

For reference my home Chick-fil-A is in the South Bay and have always enjoyed the food and appreciate the staff for their genuine service. Employees at this location however often discriminate towards minorities. I've been told by others, and I myself have experienced it a number of times. Patrons should not feel like their pockets are sized up based on their looks, ethnicity, or jobs, as if their money isn't good there. I work in the area, and from time to time I get a craving, so I've stopped and can recall many instances in which the employees, particularly those in the drive-thru taking orders, have been dismissive and passive aggressive. This last visit the drive thru attendant rushed my order, asking the next question before I was done saying what I wanted; mind you that I've only stopped there when there is no line as well as letting me know that there will be an upcharge for estra bacon, as if I already didn't know. Also no napkins were provided. Not to be petty, but it's the principle that counts. For instance, there was a time that they were offering samples of the pretzel chicken sandwich and skipped me for whatever reason, not that I wanted it but something told me I was judged because I am a delivery driver although I've never picked up an order from there because I don't particularly do restaurant food delivery although my previous car stated it. Some of the workers there are entitled and really need to learn to show everybody respect regardless of who they are. This is a franchised business and not to bring religion into this but as unapologetic your company is about your core values; some of these employees are a poor representation of biblical Christian values.
