Looks are deceiving $9 for a sandwich that’s literally probably 50¢ to make. Three meats but they are no where to be found. The pics on the menu are not what they serve.BUYER

Stopped by for the first time today after seeing one of my coworkers from the clinic with one of their menu's in his pocket. I got some sort of bagel with egg and a mango smoothie with boba pearls in it. As soon as i made it back to work, I noticed A GRIP of hair not only in the bagel sandwich, but also inside of the mango smoothie!! I can only be mad at myself though honestly because after FIRST reading the reviews before going in, i happened to notice someone else posted about having egg shells in their bagel sandwiches.....i tried to give the benefit of the doubt regardless but after how today went, I won't be stopping by anymore

I got egg shells in my sandwich, see photos below. Normally I would think something like this was just a mistake but I don’t so this time because the female staff is really rude. This is my second time coming here to see if I just came on an off day the first time but the energy was the same— catty. I’m a bit monotone & shy & some people think I’m being rude but I always say please & thank you to offset my lack of enthusiasm & eye contact. But even if I was perceived as rude, I didn’t say or do anything rude. They also should not be putting non-edible things in their food regardless. They can choose not to serve people but I could have chocked on the shell. I’ve had two bad experiences with them so, I‘m done going here. Good luck if you try. (The last photo is the paper it came in to show it was the food they gave me)

Omg i got the sandwich (i forgot the name but it's #25). So delicious! And the coffee is good too! Ask for half mocha and half regular and sweeten to your liking. We all got a pastry of our choice ( pineapple danish, strawberry cream cheese danish, and a sugared donut). Bomb place! We were on our way to the beach on New Year's day and they were open! A really nice sign that makes this place look not like your average donut shop and the interior is cute! Check this place out and support a small family business! :)

My only complaint is it’s really busy, so it takes a while to get the food. Other than that everything is great.

One of the best donuts I had in LA. And as a French I can tell their French pastry are really good.

I never seem to come at the right time because the donut cases are mostly empty when I go so I don't usually purchase. This afternoon I asked the young lady if they had any filled donuts. None made up, but she did fill one with custard for me. Made my day after just dealing with a flat tire. It's very clean and there is plenty of parking in back.

Amazing lol. I came in here because I dropped my car off at just tires and it seemed like a potentially better option than pizza hut for lunch. I have to say they have a huge menu of all kinds of breakfast and lunch options at decent prices. The bacon egg and cheese croissant is really huge and delicious for $7. I'm disappointed that I never stopped in here previously after living in the neighborhood for a whole year.

I went to Crafted doughnuts to get doughnuts and after making a selection of 6,they were put into the smallest box, I requested a larger box so the doughnuts would be intact.I was told by the manager who was a true A-hole that I would have to pay for the box as it cost him money. He then carried on about the financial end of the business and too bad I would have to settle for smashed up donuts. That is no way to treat customers, I will never be back, I have told all the people I know about the incident and he has lost quite a few customers and rightfully so. Ladies and Gentleman find another doughnut shop.Kim M

I have been housebound for a while now and one of my favorite things is donuts. Sometime ago my friend offered to pick some up, for me and my husband, each Saturday morning. I order about a half of dozen each time. The doughnuts are delicious but my friend always a problem with the managment to get a box large enough so that the donuts don't get all squished together. Last Saturday was the final straw!!!! As usual she asked for a larger box. The employee was about to get the larger box when the manager came out and told her to squish the donuts into the small box. My friend complained and he told her to pay an "extra dollar" for the larger box. My friend said , again, they would get squished. At that point the manager told her "TOUGH". My friend, as a long time customer, was shocked and said to him that she would never be back! Then she brought the squished donuts to me. Trust me, she & I can find other places to spend my money without the aggravation!

They have really good doughnuts and boba drinks. They so have sandwiches. We got a breakfast sandwich that was really delicious. Prices are good too.

Had a five minute conversation about butter, they have butter but they can’t give you butter. Kept going in circles so we left.
