Terrible service. No gel for cleaning hands, no water available for washing hands, no restrooms, no plates, no cups. I had to pay $2.00 + tax more to get some broken chili. No prices in the menu, and mysteriously, they didn't give me a receipt (i paid $92.00 USD for 3 medium pizzas & 5 drinks). Pizza was great as usual in Domino's.

$65 order and all the food shows up either burnt to a crisp or half raw. I got offered a $5 coupon. I had to throw $65 of my own money just straight down the drain. The Mac n cheese came with 1/4” high of noodles - so little I could see part of the silver underneath. Half the noodles didn’t even get sauce on them. Just like a small handful of overcooked plain noodles and giving them $15+ for it after tip, $6 to their company to have someone bring it 1 mile to me and a $10 top bc they don’t use it to pay their workers and think I should be paying them for the generous gift of being robbed blind in return.

Disputing with my credit card. The photos should be enough to prove this. It’s actually that bad. What a joke.

I ordered a couple of dishes, including a build-your-own pasta with only vegetables because I’m a vegetarian. When I started eating my dish, I realized it had chicken in it. I've been a vegetarian for 12 years, so this was a horrible experience. I immediately called the restaurant to complain and ask for a solution. A woman named Scotty, who claimed to be the manager, attended me and treated me very poorly. She only offered me the option of going back to get another dish, to which I explained that I couldn’t return, and since it was their mistake, I asked if they could deliver a new pasta, but she refused. (By that time, my family had already finished their meals, making it a very disappointing situation.)

She also mentioned that it was my fault because Alfredo sauce has chicken. I explained to her that the app didn’t mention anything about chicken, and the Alfredo sauce used on pizza doesn’t contain chicken, so there was no way for me to know. (Nowhere in my order did it specify chicken.) She then offered store credit for that specific location, but I told her that wouldn’t work for me because I don’t live in California; I’m just visiting. Finally, she offered to cancel my order but said I would still have to pay for the rest of the items, including the salad dressing, even though it was supposed to be included in the salad price.

On top of that, she treated me terribly—she was very rude and disrespectful. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s.

This place is listed on the government website for accepting EBT. I’m disabled, so this program is there to help disabled people. If you actually show up, after placing your order they don’t accept EBT. I thought this might be an error, but it’s been going on for over a year. Basically they’re probably doing this to commit fraud by receiving the tax benefits, while messing with disabled people. Hopefully they get investigated soon, because messing with benefit programs for disabled people is messed up, and negatively represents Domino’s Pizza.

Just awful. App said 29 min delivery time. Order took almost an hour. Arrive cold. Driver was rude. Store was rude. No apology. Lots of excuses. Asked for refund. Told me I had to call 800 number. 800 number said to call store. Called store again and they were rude AGAIN. can’t say enough terrible stuff about these people. ORDER FROM ANYONE ELSE.

Second time this has happened. Delivery shows complete. I go outside, nothing. I call and they say 5 more minutes. Ends up being 20 mins after says complete. Looks like on their end shows puntual and timely however not in actuality. Now the customer has inaccurate information, has been inconvenienced by going out twice and having to call and on top of it now cannot track their pizza. Completely defeating the purpose of your innovative concept.

Would much rather rate a “0” than a single star.

Our order was missing 2 included sauces. I ordered from the app and at the time of making payment the order was correct.

Specifically the items ordered state on the app a sauce per order is included.

I also had ordered other items with additional sauces that were not included per individual item they were extra. I also added forks to the order.

When the delivery driver arrived and was handing me the food he handed me the additionally the forks and the two garlic dipping sauces but not the other two sauces which were also ordered by me but not an extra fee as each individual order receives a single sauce which would mean two were to come with the order.

The driver said he handed me the sauces and I asked if they were in the boxes and he said yes.

So I trusted him brought the food aboard our boat and found we were missing the two additional sauces.

I phoned the store and was chastised, argued with, told they the managers were right I was wrong I messed up my order next time make sure to order correctly. The woman assistant manager and then who she said was her boss the female store manager both decided to talk with me over the phone. The female who then introduce herself as the store manager picked up and told me off that I was wrong I messed up and she would not be giving me the additional missing sauces and that next time order correctly but that she wasn’t going to give me a thing and hung up on me.

Horrible customer service. I can’t control if there is a disconnect between the app and the store but I can show I ordered correctly and that the app states the items come with one sauce per individual order which means we were owed two that we didn’t get. To have an assistant manager and store manager, as they claimed they were at least, argue, belittle me, and hang up on me is the worst service.

I can see this must be systemic with their horrible overall rating. Unless this restaurant values a 3 star rating and considers that good.

I can tell you this was and is as I’m writing this review a lame use of time a wasted set of energy but there is no simple recourse to get help when you have the management team acting so horribly. This seems the only way to get help maybe the owner or corporate will read and look into this.

The order was tonight 9/15/24 at 8:45pm. I was told the first woman I spoke with was the assistant manager and then she told me she was putting on the store manager also female. Both would not provide their names. Both treated me identically horrible and would not alllow me even the option to pay for a delivery for two sauces. As the items without the sauces are not really edible at least not taste good. So I’ve thrown away $20 plus dollars there plus the wasted money I was lame enough to prepay for a $20 tip which was a waste since the driver didn’t read my easy to understand notes on how to deliver to a gangway and that I would be standing at the ramp. Got lost and had to call multiple times because apparently wasn’t listing the first time nor read the notes. Further the driver lied to me directly and specifically that the sauces were in the box.

Unbelievable waste of my time to try to get what I ordered. What a ridiculous waste of unbelievable the two managers were so unbelievably immature as to not even allow me to buy two additional sauces and pay for delivery of them. Wouldn’t even allow me to pay for the two sauces that were supposed to be provided and let us pick up stating they only do deliveries this time of night. The manger said I am not giving you anything repeatedly and I kept saying I’ll deal with what needs to be adjusted later I will buy two additional sauces but kept telling me next time order correctly that I didn’t order correctly and she’s not going to give me anything and hung up.
