After so many years I finally went for the first time! And they didn't disappoint. I don't normally like runny yolk, but man their yolk was so good that I had to grossly lick the drips off the plate!We also got the biscuit, which was an amazing decision. They don't advertise them enough, but they were really yummy!The only complaint I have is the size of this location. If you want to dine in it might be a bit hard to find seats.

It's a small place but still has some indoor seating and a bar counter space. I ordered the Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich and fresh squeezd orangejuice. It's made fresh right in front of you. First impressions are important and as soon as I laid eyes on this thing I knew it was going to be delicious. The buttery Brioche bun was excellently toasted and very crispy yet still soft in the center. The over medium egg was perfectly cooked and melted the Cheddar cheese nicely. The Smoked Bacon was crispy and it was topped with a Chipotle Ketchup that helped add a pop. All in all it was very tasty with great mouthfeel. Well done! 5/5 shakers

This egg sandwich is the bomb. Got the Fairfax and the hashbrowns with no duck fat. The sandwich is flavorful soft and delicious. Hash brown rounds are crispy and paired with their Siracusa ketchup is a great side. Prices are good, seating inside is limited and menu is limited but excellent.

The gooey yok smothers the sandwich and merges with the mayo to make a mouthwatering way to start the day.If you don't like runny yolks, their soft scrambled eggs are divine and the Fairfax is my other go-to order.The truffle hash browns deliver a celebration of umami and texture that perfectly compliments the other offerings. Careful - they come out hot!Speaking of which, the coffee is fine (not great not bad) but also came out scaldingly hot so I had to wait a while to drink it.The staff are super friendly and accommodating even when things get chaotic.It's a simple industrial interior, but it suits the place. Loved our fairfax sandwhich but it can be pricey around $12-16 for one sandwhich. The eggs in the sandwhich was super creamy and the cheese also paired very well. The truffle hasbrowns were not worth $14 as there was 6 small pieces and was WAY too salty.
