Nice place to grab a quick bite while exploring the beach. We ordered plantains with 1/4 rotisserie chicken and pinto beans. Meal was delicious and hearty! Couldn’t ask for anything better. If you’re on the beach and you want something more homemade and hearty I would give this place a try.
El Huarique is a hidden gem in Venice, and their fried fish tacos are absolutely next-level. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, topped with fresh onions, cilantro, and just the right balance of sauces. Food was very flavorful. The 1 thing I would do next time, asked for the chicken to be cooked a few min more or asked for more done piece. But nevertheless, even the galic rice was tasty... I will go again b4 my Vaca is over.
