Store 3409 is horrible. The chicken was undercooked, there was blood when I cut into it, but the outside of the chicken was very dry, and crunchy. The cook wasn't wearing a hair net, nor gloves while handling the food. The cashier handled my food and she wasn't wearing gloves. Another employee behind the counter was wearing gloves that she wore when she cleaned the restroom, she returned to the food area. The restaurant smells bad, like raw meat and a dirty mop. This needs to be reported.

Oh, no! For that kinda money? Even if it was 10 bucks instead of 40 it still was ridiculously bad. Chicken pieces were dry as a bone and overcooked; thrown together, some pieces with the skin gone or ripped off. Wrong salsa was included. I mean the 8-9 buck supermarket chicken puts them to shame. El sucko for this Pollo! Pass!
