Amazing sidewalk and small indoor cafe. Salads, pizza, cake , and wines for the win! My favorite place on Abbot Kinney!
It is hard for me to overstate how horribly cooked and bad the meat was for their “wagyu” brisket banh mi. It was 30% gristle and what was meat had been cooked to a wonderful rubber / rock like texture. Comically bad for a $25 sandwich. This place should be embarrassed to charge so much for food and serve such low quality slop.
Ordered 3 Pizzas and they where all good, like 8/10 but not amazing and they have to be amazing to warrent the insane price of 96 f-in dollars.
excellent bread. just ok food. ridiculous prices. took waaaaaay too long
Best pizza slice in Venice
Date cake <3
Good pizzas. Also the muffins and pastries are very good. However, the market salad and caesar salad were not well washed. Took a few bites of dirt. I still go there for the pizzas, but too afraid to get salads there.
Make sure not to tip extra, they already include it
Best breakfast burrito on Abbott Kinney. Definitely expensive but always happy with the food!

R.I.P to one of the best by-the-slice pizza spots in LA ? Tried to eat here, and learned it has closed as of Sunday 6/2/24.
Simply put, this place is not worth the fuss. Expect to pay $30+ for a medium 11"-pizza or $10+ for a slice or $60+ for a "large". These are accurate prices! They charge a whopping 15% "mandatory" service fee, which is not disclosed anywhere, and which (I think?) will soon be illegal come July 1 in CA. Granted, they might just roll this in to the menu price, if that's the case, so be it, at least you'll get an accurate idea of what you're going to pay. As for the actual quality of the food? It was edible, but nothing to write-home-about. Ingredients just seemed average and it seemed too oily and haphazardly prepared. As it's a quite popular establishment, it may have been good when it first opened? But it seems to just be resting on its laurels/hype.

restaurant right on Abbot Kenny beautiful cozy interior food menu and drink menu is very large. They divided into veggies, raw pasta, pizza, and mains so there is a lot of food to choose from but the waiters were very helpful. We especially like the pizzas.
