I love le labo but the woman working here did not even look at us while we stood for around 15 minutes waiting to be greeted at the very least. This location just lost a customer!

This is my favorite perfume ever. I've been coming here for years and can never go back to any other perfume brand. I've tried a lot of different scents since I was young and the Noir 29 is my absolute favorite. Every time I walk into this store the staff are incredibly helpful, especially Quincy their store manager. She always knows the right recommendations to give me when I'm curious to try a new scent since I love the Noir 29 so much. I always get compliments from my friends on my perfume and send them to this Le Labo on Abbot Kinney. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a holiday gift and a scent that will last the whole day!

They sold me a defective product & they would not exchange it. The lady who is the manager at the store was so rude. They were asking me for a receipt. I didn't save it because it wasn't like I was buying a laptop. I said you could look it up by me email. They said they couldn't because of a privacy act. She refused to help at all. I was a loyal customer for years but Le Labo is played out now anyway. Hello Byredo!!! I am not supporting a company that treats customers so poorly.

This le labo store not only has amazing fragrances... but the staff to match! Quincy, the store manager especially was kind, succinct and incredibly helpful at my stop in! Cannot recommend this store enough... through both the quality of fragrances are always top notch, the quality of the employees there is what ultimately made me a customer for life.

This place makes scents. My fiancé was seeking a gift for her girlfriends. I was already familiar with their products based upon using it at a hotel that carries a scent called Bergamote 22.We were helped by Quincy and Robert. They both were personable and made a great impression on us. Quincy knew exactly what fragrance I was speaking of when I mentioned that I loved it when I smelled it at a hotel. The scents, music, and scents were all so good that after my fiancé bought 2 Basil hand creams and 2 hand soaps for her girlfriends, we decided to return after lunch. We ended up buying 2 more bottles of each. Quincy and Robert both wrapped the gifts and we chatted a little more before exiting.Le Labo products sell themselves, but we bought the experience provided by Quincy and Robert.

I came by during a break because of the lovely fragrance coming outside from this store. I was immediately greeted by a worker named Rian. She was super helpful and patient. Her positive attitude made my first experience here a great one. I ended up buying two fragrances that I'm absolutely obsessed with. I will definitely be a returning customer!

The knowledgeable staff made shopping a wonderful experience! I told them the candles that I disliked, and they were able to recommend some amazing new scents for me. The Venice location allows 2 people in at a time. The Grove and Silverlake location only allows 1 person in at a time. FYI Le Labo offers free shipping in stores! Amazing because ordering online right now guarantees a minimum of a three week wait time.

I placed an order over the holidays that I needed help with and after attempting online and through the Le Labo concierge service to no avail, I contacted one of my local stores and Quincy was able to help me. She remained really calm and very sweet during the entire interaction, despite any sort of frustration I may have brought to the call. She showed me that though her intention was to help, she may not be able to do anything, and I appreciated her ability to remain realistic while still attempting to help me. At the moment. I had been on hold for over an hour, and at that point being heard was more important than anything. Like I said earlier, I had been trying to resolve this on my own since the 28th of December, so this morning, when I received an email telling me that my problem had been resolved, I have no choice but to blame it entirely on Quincy and her wonderful customer service. It made a gigantic difference to have her step in, and even if she hadn't been able to help me, her listening to me made all of the difference. More people should take the time to acknowledge the labor done by the retail associates in these spaces, especially when they go above and beyond. Thanks Quincy!! You rule.
