I just ordered a sandwich from Main Hot Chicken, and it was a big disappointment. The bread was ice-cold felt like they pulled it straight from the refrigerator and used it without warming it up. The chicken had almost no flavor at all, which makes no sense for a place known for “hot chicken.” I also had some fries from my friend’s plate, and they were extremely over-fried hard, dry, and not enjoyable at all. Overall, definitely not worth the money. I expected much better quality.

Visiting from Australia and had this upon a recommendation from our Air BnB host. Main Chick blew us away - awesome food couldn’t fault it at all. Fried chicken will never taste the same again back home as Main Chick has raised the standard. We couldn’t even checkout at the terminal as we didn’t have a US mobile number and the lovely lady behind the counter entered her own number for us and brought the food over as soon as it was done.
Just placed an order online and when I went over to pick it up, this location is closed and instead of it being main chick ,,,,, it’s King taco beware this is a scam. There is no main chick in Venice on 401 do not order from this place. It’s a different restaurant

Just ordered a sandwich on uber eats it was probably the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had and I’m not over exaggerating there was no meat on the sandwich just skin. How terrible to have ordered a chicken sandwich and get a chicken skin sandwich instead. I tried calling times but kept getting sent to a terribly recorded automation. If there is anyway to get my money back lmk cause life is too high to be nasty food 😒
