If you want to wait 40 min for a regular order and experience the worst possible customer service while you are waiting for your food and at the end never get your order at all, then this is the place to go. I would avoid this joint like the plague, in the span of 40 min, I saw people ordering and getting their orders on time, wwent to check for our order 20min after it was placed and was assured it will be ready in few minutes, 20 more minutes later I was lied that they lost pur ticket and our food is not ready and was met with the worst possible response, had to ask for refund for an order that never arrived. we ordered 2 simple burgers for $60. We ended up leaving as they already tried to pin the mistake on us

Sorry to give a bad review, the people who work there are super nice, actually wonderful, but I came here because I wanted to see what replaced “the window” which I miss often. This place is a food wise a sad excuse for jacknthebox masquerading as a high end smash burger place- bread was dry, meat not juicy, and sauce unimpressive- the blueberry lemonade tasted like melted popsicles, and the French fries, sad, with too much seasoning- I spent $24.95 , had a few bites, and then left for homeless person, I went home and cried screaming - I miss you “the window” why did you leave me?

11:30 am I was the ONLY customer, waited almost a half hour for a vegan burger, and it WASN'T a mushroom. Some kind of potato patty/hash brown. Save your money AND TIME and skip the rip off

I came with my mom my son and step dad and we loved it! We got the marathon combo and we doubled up of course! And we also got the OG combo and doubled up on that too! I added some bbq wings and some spicy wings and onion rings. Everything was on point! The staff was friendly and the wagyu burgers are some of the best the city has to offer! I love Nip and the Marathon brand! This is my new favorite restaurant!

I went late night around midnight. Service was a little slow but understandable at that hour. Greeted with a smile. Vegan burger was bomb! Best Onion rings I’ve had and I live in DC where we have great food options. The sauce 🤌🏾 amazing. The vegan pattie tasted homemade and hand a softer texture. Next time I think I’ll ask for the vegan spread separately. It did take a while to get my order, I’m not sure if it’s because it’s cooked separately, which I love because I’m vegetarian but other people who ordered burgers after me got their food before me. I chose onion rings because the fries weren’t my style of fries, very skinny shoe string fries. If you do the combo you can ask for onion rings instead. I’d definitely come back. I spent $21 for the vegan burger combo with the blue lemonade and onion rings (huge portion).
