I was at the location and I was “helped” by a former employee. I asked her something and when she answered I didn’t fully understand it because of her accent. She repeated herself and after we were done, she went in the back and started to mock me behing my back to a fellow team member. I felt very disrespected and would never recommend this place. Thank you mc donalds for turning such a good thing as eating into a bad experience

I gave this manager a coupon code for fries in which the app told me "we've got your code" after it was put in. Then the manager pauses to something else and then tells me my code is invalid and won't do anything to help. She should've just apologized because she made an error on her end and given a solution since it was her fault.
