Had an order delivered from this location. Missing an item. Not a big deal. I tried to explain the item was missing. Was dismissed multiple times and told just cancel the order (it was already delivered). I simply wanted a refund on the missing item. Instead I got a rude employee over the phone for something that could have easily been handled.

The service was ok…. But then I got half an egg for my breakfast … instead of giving me a proper explanation, they called the manager to come an intimidate me, I wasn’t the only guest they were rude too
You pay for your order, want to go to the toilet and wait 10 minutes for at least someone to show up at the checkout and open this damn toilet…. At the same time you feel like you are a beggar, it’s terrible.
