This place is terrible. Standing here on Saturday morning and it's closed even though it says it's open online. I live nearby and this happens all the time, it sucks and I hate this place.

Honestly best shrimp and grits I’ve had in a good while. Definitely very good flavor and not over bearing, good combination of everything on the plate it’s just ? ?. Visiting L.A for the first time from Texas and man im glad my friends chose this place. 10/10 recommend.

Are you hungover? Are you ready to throw away another day just to push off the pain you’re currently feeling? Then this place is for you. Phenomenal comfort food, breakfast-centric cocktails and absolutely no judgement as you enjoy a little hair of the dog while contemplating how your life has ended up. You had so much potential! Ah, fuggit, have a glass of liquor milk to ease your troubled mind.

Some highs and some lows. We got the late night croissant and the nighthawk breakfast sandwich. The nighthawk had more highs but also more lows, the candied bacon is a must, the egg was sub par (trying to make something fancy with sun dried tomatoes is a bad idea), the biscuit was ok but nothing special. The croissant was ok but once the pickled onions were removed it was actually tasty. I would actually say to skip this place most because they don't allow you to make modifications and the food is not that good the way that it comes, but after modifications it was much better.

Wish I could rate this higher, because the boozy cereal and coffee drinks were fantastic! However the chicken and pancakes and the gravy chicken biscuits were meh, teetering the line between not eating the rest of it and telling staff. Next time, we’re sticking to the breakfast sandwiches and the drinks.
Food and service was great ? and price wasn't too bad.

This is a tough one to review…First off, been here twice. Each time it was a pretty different experience, but I’ll try to give it a fair review. The Spiked Cereal Milk is great, that’s a good reason to try this place.I’m a vegetarian, and the food is alright. The hash was pretty flavorless, and it led to lots of their sriracha ketchup being ladled on top. That said, it could be just the two times I’ve had it, who knows. The breakfast sandwich patty wasn’t great either, though the muffin and sauce were tasty. The tots were crispy too.Overall, seems like the food is hit or miss, as are the drinks. The michelada was pretty fizzy and not great, nor were the Vietnamese Iced Coffees.BUTWe all know, things happen, chefs change, who knows if that’s the exception or the norm. But for me, the food wasn’t memorable enough for the price it commands.
Nice, chill spot to go to. The music was amazing, the staff was friendly and most importantly the food was beyond spectacular! I can not rave more about how delicious the food is! My favorite has to be the crab seafood cakes then the chicken and waffles and I can not forget about the nachos. Let’s just say whatever you order you will not be disappointed!
The menu looked impressive but I was not 100% thrilled about the food. I had the candied bacon and tots along with the late night croissant. You can’t go wrong with tots but the sauces were a bit odd to my liking. I was told the “nighthawk sauce” was an aioli, I could not see the comparison. It was also on the croissant as well which may have turned my tastebuds off as well. Chicken on sandwich was a bit overcooked, but in all I would give a second go round if I am in the area. FYI- the bathroom was neat, very clean!

Absolutely enjoyed the food and service at this breakfast eatery. While somewhat small it packs a great vibe and produces some really good breakfast options. Ask for Victoria as she was so good at making recommendations and setting the tone for a good eating experience. The food was very fresh. Also, you can take your well behaved dog in there. Really cool option. We are already talking about our next visit to this place. Please enjoy.
Nice location, cute interior, and really solid food with good portions for a very fair price!Shared this with a few friends. Their drinks are also very good and varied
Reservation was for a Sunday early afternoon. Upon arriving the place was packed and lively with a heightened noisiness. Was seated right away and we got to work on the menu. I had already picked out what I was going to get before arrival. Bacon and Tater-tots for the appetizer and continue with the sweet potato pancakes with fried chicken. It did take a while to be waited on- don't know if that is par for course but my advice is to not be in a hurry like we were. Ironically they have a sign on the table talking about how they need an hour turn around per table but it became obvious THEY were not going to meet that criteria. So go there relaxed. The bacon and tots were great (tots are a weakness). The Sweet Potato Pancakes and fried chicken was stunning. However my dining partners ordered the shrimp and grits- one of them said that they were too salty (I could see that) while the other thought they were too spicy (which surprised me). I love shrimp and grits however the 3 of us have had this dish in South Carolina a few times and they should have known better- its rare that this dish will be done to perfection anywhere outside of S.C. I did order one of their cereal drinks for the 3 of us to try- cocoa puffs and vodka. It was too sweet for my taste but I'm not a cereal fan. I would try this place again- with plenty of time and getting the Benedict Fries followed by the 3 Amigos.
Come!!!You have to come here this place is super good it’s pretty unique as well compared to other places the food is fantastic and I love that they have a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from which are unique!Aesthetically it’s very pleasing in here as well our server was super nice and the food tasted great. Our drinks were pretty strong too so something to think about at 9 AM but hey if you’re on vacation that’s what you do!
Great menu and service in a comfortable and hip atmosphere.
