We were the only ones in the restaurant and the service was god awful. 15 minutes to get drinks, no one to help me order before my guests arrived. If you're going to open at noon, be ready to go or don't open. Really awful experience. This was a business meeting for me and was embarrassing
We dined here for a VP summit dinner. Though the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived at 5:30pm, the selection for seating our group was made in the outdoor courtyard in the cold. I asked to be switched to inside and though there were many lovely areas for seating, our group of 10 was smashed together in a tiny table which felt very odd. Apart from this the wait staff seemed aloof, inattentive, or heavily distracted. After our drink orders were taken, a full 30 minute passed before we were asked for our dinner selections. The sea bass dish, though heavily praised by the waiter, was very very salty for all 4 guests who ordered it. As one of the more expensive entrees on the menu, I expected it to be much better than what it turned out to be. Overall - not a great experience. We will not be dining here again.
Book Paloma for a business lunch and everyone was impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Birthday dinner in the books. I was excited to try Paloma; it was our first time there. To be honest, what sold me was the chocolate soufflé on the dessert menu, but I will get to that. We started our meal with the whipped ricotta - it was DELICIOUS, and the artichoke salad - it was bright, and fresh. We then shared the meatballs, sweet corn agnolotti, and the sea bass. They were all a bit over-salted for my taste, but still enjoyable. The menu was a bit confusing, was not sure of the overall direction of the restaurant, but there was a lot to choose from. Dessert was ok, but I was disappointed. I wanted to soufflé, and this was just a molten chocolate lava cake. Two VERY different desserts. A soufflé is light, airy and has a lift. This was condensed and stout, and clearly prepared ahead. They need to change the name on the menu. Again, still chocolatey and lovely but not a soufflé. Service was wonderful!
We had a reservation on New Year's Eve. There is street parking but with the rain that night we took the valet option, $17 for dinner. We were seated promptly and within minutes our server arrived. For our drinks we had the TOPA TOPA IPA + SHOT OF FERNET BRANCA and the PALOMA VENICE. The appetizer was nothing that we've tasted but in a good way, SHEEP'S MILK WHIPPED RICOTTA. Our entrees were SKIRT STEAK and the RIGATONI VODKA, both were amazing and delicious. Will come back to try the other dishes.
Upon entering Paloma, I was greeted by a very friendly and attentive woman- she sat us promptly, and we were very impressed by the beauty of the restaurant. We had a nice server who was attentive, until some large parties arrived. We loved everything about this place, except the food! We were really underwhelmed, and disappointed with everything- except a corn type hummus dish that we had as a starter. I do recommend that people go to Paloma, and hopefully have a more delicious meal! We may have just gone on a bad night.
great outdoor patio with garden feel (inside beautiful too). here for brunch but eould like to see at night for dinner. italian/coastal med menu, many optionems, brunch pre fixe. and dog friendly outside!
Excellent cocktails and very friendly staff and owner. Thanks for making our birthday special!

Good food, good quality but excessively expensive and small portions. Atmosphere is nice, not loud. Service was good too.

I was very much looking forward to coming Paloma for the first time tonight, however, from the second we entered the establishment the service was subpar. The hostess was incredibly rude and placed our starter plate down harshly on the table. Then our server, while kind, unfortunately spilled water on the table and failed to clean it up, leaving us to do it after we figured out she will not (we waited 10 minutes). The food was mediocre at best and ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. If you come here, know that you are coming for the atmosphere, vibe, and that is about it. Won’t be returning.
