Ate here on Monday and wow everything about this place is BOMB. Every dish was beyond incredible & the service was so so great. Literally could not recommend enough. I guarantee you’ll have an incredible meal here. If the carrot karkiage is on the menu please get it. Same with the beef shank & bok choy. I expected more of RVR given the reputation of who’s behind it. I felt the food was good, but not memorable, the service was okay, typical LA service and the atmosphere was okay. It’s a very small place, communal tables like Gjelina, and while we have a good experience I wouldn’t go back.
