I'm going to give this place is zero star. I asked the girls working there to cook my steak, egg and cheese on flatbread half the time. She cooked it full time and the bread was rock solid. I went back and said you could either make me a new one or give me a refund, the one girl that did speak English was so rude and said no I asked for the managers name and number and her name and she would not give it to me. This isn't the first time this is happened at that subway I highly recommend to go to a different subway, these girls need to go to a customer service class and to be reprimanded! I was able to stop payment on my card. Disgusting.

Overall 3 star because they short handed with a small Attitude issue because that person was working only..the owner should Appreciate that person working alone without any managers or assistant managers..that person did make a good

This is the worst subway experience I've ever had. The staff is not trained properly.Two employees told me the meatball sub is delivered with meatballs on the side. After convincing them the meatballs belonged on the sandwich, they added warm meatballs on cold bread and cheese (despite the request to have it toasted).My cold turkey sub was given to me with hot lunch meat and the wrong bread and cheese. Not sure how you mess up so bad?

Update. My second time was better. Their bread is so fresh and delicious. The price is really good. Few minor flaws but overall solid 4 starsI got number 3. The lady server forgot to put bacon in the sandwich so I had to reminded that to her. Sandwich here is cheaper than at the Santa Monica location. And wheat bread was good! And I enjoyed the taste of the sandwich as a whole. The radio inside gave me 80s vibes which was awesome. But the bread felt apart and they don't give you a cup of water for free lol. And of course no public restroom available. Kinda mixed feelings about this place. I probably would visit this place again

Honestly everytime I buy their Broccoli soup here it’s dark and taste funny this is like the third time the soup taste weird. Does this location not stir their soup or is it old? What’s going on don’t eat their soups at this location.

Staff is always SO SO rude. With my friends we were going everyday by separate to eat at our break at work and we decided we are not going anymore. We all got tired.Worst last experience was today when they confused and put bacon to my bread (I don’t eat meat ) and she refused to change the bread for a new one. I asked to talk to the Manager and she told me “I’m the manager “ her name is Sofia. The rudest of the team. Super super mean. So sad that we are not able to eat at our local subway anymore . Who te heck is the owner there?

I’ve been waiting for my order 20 min, the employee keeps saying, 5 miners it will be done. C’mon, the place was empty, no people at all, his words: if you don’t wanna wait, you can go away.It’s USA, not Iran or Russia, managers, so something with that!!!
