Probably the worst food I've had. Burria didn't have ANY flavor. No sauce. Basically just meat that was boiled. El consumé was just water with cilantro and onions. Worst Mexican food around. Supposed to be authentic... yeah no... please go down the street. Cheaper and SUPER TASTY!!

Consistent and fresh amongst a plethora of food trucks serving the exact same foods. Lots of seating and one of the more cleaner trucks I’ve seen and maintained. Try the Al pastor, I love it here.

Food is amazing! But it wasn't just the food that left a lasting impression. The service at tacos el vali was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly efficient. They made sure I had everything I needed and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. I would highly recommend this place!
Excellent authentic al pastor here, had in taco mulita and vampiro formats which we’re all good. Also excellent lengua. They were prepared fresh so was given a consommé and chip while we waited.
