Coming back to this place brings back memories! I used to come here for coffee and a pastry in the early 2000s and I love that it is not only still here, but it still feels the same! Had a great time bringing my kids here... tried the oat milk, banana nut latte, and it was different and interesting! Very nice employees. Enjoyed their breakfast. Definitely nostalgic for me and enjoyed my trip down memory lane.

We went two consecutive days.We liked it. There was quite a queue, it seems to be very popular.

I've worked nearby for over 10 years, and have had the occasional coffee or bagel sandwich with no issues. Today a colleague ordered lunch for us and I selected a crunchy Thai tuna salad. Got the (very light) box to my office, opened it and no tuna to be found! Also no olive oil. While I can give a pass for forgetting the olive oil, a tuna salad with no tuna is a different story. I got a copy of my colleague's receipt and walked over in the rain with my tuna-less salad. They were apologetic & made me a new salad with the olive oil & tuna though I did notice that the second salad had about half the bacon of the first one. While I appreciated their apology & willingness to make me another salad, I'm not so sure about returning. Anyway, the salad was pretty good but would have been better if I didn't have to go out in the rain to get it right.

This is a very adorable place with a lot to offer. Coffee is very good and they have a very wide selection of custom drinks to choose from! We got donuts and they are delicious and a great start to the day! They also offer hot breakfast and a variety of bagels.

We visited on Sunday at around 10 a.m., and though the place was somewhat busy, our order was taken quickly. We waited approximately 5 minutes to pick up the food. Let me tell you, the flavor of the food was spot-on. If you're looking to experience an elevated version of a homemade breakfast, this is the place. All the ingredients were of high quality, and I must mention the coffee! The cappuccino I chose was perfect. Lastly, the ambiance is inviting. Don't forget to visit the second floor; it's cozy, clean, and warm.

Amazing coffee, food, and atmosphere. Great for getting work done or reading a book.Wheelchair accessibility: The only way to enter the building is to go up some stairs. They have outdoor seating though.

WE FOUND FUNGUS WHEN WE CUT OPEN THE STRAWBERRY BANANA SCONE - WE'RE TALKING GREEN, GROWING FUNGUS. Do not buy!!! We're lucky that we cut it open to share, otherwise we would've bit straight into it. Outside of expired pastries, the coffee was burnt! There are lots of better options around the area, go elsewhere!

They def don't open at 6am. I just left there and hoped I could find a local place before work. There wasn't nobody but and the birds awake up this early. I was disappointed bc in hungry and wanted real food. I'll try again later I look forward to eating here! The name alone got me stoked.

A cafe that saved our day — mine and my girlfriend’s.We booked a red-eye flight from LA to east coast, after boarding the plane and waiting for 3 hours on there, they told us the flight was cancelled and had to reschedule for next day. After 4 hours of sleep, we went on plane again, only to know it is delayed till tonight. So we had to spend a whole day with 2 large bags and a suitcase, meanwhile we have a few zoom meeting in the afternoon. This cafe saved our day! Super close to the airport, and right next to the beach! We sit in the 2nd floor of the cafe all day! It was quiet and private, so we did our work, had our meetings, meanwhile we got a few sandwiches, coffee and smoothies. Took a few breaks to the beach CT to lie down and enjoy the incredible beauty of LA.And yeah, food is great and super affordable. The interior is also super cute and comfy to sit in!
