Whole Earl Grey Tea
Our biggest seller! This Earl Grey Tea Pie starts out with a layer of tea infused dark chocolate ganache. The next layer comes as a layer of salty pistachios and then filled with a heap of tea infused white chocolate mousse. The pie is then topped with house made vanilla whipped cream and more pistachios. The pie is now served on Mom's crust which lends more crispy flaky layers to the pie.
Whole Mexican Chocolate Pie
A Mexican-spiced ganache fills our signature graham cracker crust. The ganache is then topped with whipped cream made with ground Pie Hole Espresso. Very rich!
Whole Mom's Apple Crumble
Pie mom's recipe for Apple Pie makes the best of simplicity. Tart Granny Smith apples tossed with cinnamon, sugar and baked al dente then topped with a crispy and buttery rolled-oat crumble. Best option if you're not looking for something too sweet! Baked in Mom's signature sweet pie crust.

Am visiting from Ohio and saw a TV segment on the Pie Hole in Pasadena. I told my son, who lives here, I wanted him to take me there, but then found out they had just opened a location here in Santa Monica inside Gelson’s. We arrived at that location a little before closing and selected a few items to take home to try. We told the cashier our story and found she was actually the Operations Manager.
