I came here and it was pretty good. I really liked the food and drinks I got. The servers were nice enough but service was pretty slow despite being a nearly empty restaurant and being seemingly well staffed. Overall I enjoyed it.

Food was good but we got charged full price instead of happy hour because we apparently ordered at 9:57pm instead of 10pm. But we did get the food at 10:15pm. So 1 star just for this stupid move

Visited from Cincinnati, the hostess was amazing. She had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time we were there. We only drank a few beers at the patio section but I’m sure food is great as well. To the hostess, sorry I didn’t ask for your name but I will never forget your smile.

The location, vibe and the wait staff were all lovely and promised a chill beach side experience. However the breakfast burrito and a sleazy-looking man who kept wandering around the empty patio shouting into his phone for half an hour (hopefully he was a random guy, if the manager then he needs better self awareness - his customers don't want to have him yelling in their ears about the 10K he spent on some purchase) ruined it. The breakfast burrito has nausea-inducing. It tasted like it was made of oil, Kraft cheese, and the left over fat pieces off of a pork cut which no chef would use in a good quality dish. Someone call Gordon Ramsey to help these folks. The name of this restaurant is a nod to Hawaiian culture and cuisine - the breakfast burrito was nothing like anything you would find in Hawaii, which prides its self on fresh, clean ingredients. It tasted instead like Los Angeles gutter, leaving a bad taste in the back of my throat for long after I left this grimy concrete of Venice, California.
P.S. Also weird that they only had half and half, not any regular milk, for the coffee. The only quality food or drink here was the coffee its self.

Was mostly american food more than latin food. But tried the catch of the day which was swordfish and it was one of the better swordfish I have had. It's a nice beachy atmosphere and the drinks are also great. Good beachy vibe food and drinks and atmosphere, overall a nice little spot on the beach. Will say due to its location on the beach that it is pretty pricey, but that is to be expected.
Amazing food (best burger so far in US, and I’m not a burger fan), and also margaritas in the happy hour special that runs to 6pm. Gave everything 5 stars, except for the “atmosphere” which we gave 4 stars … mostly due to the area itself being a bit grungy. Nothing wrong at all with the venue itself, it fits in with what’s around it - ie not high end but relaxed beach and a bit grungier style. Great value for the happy hour margaritas at $10 each, and the burgers at $15

We had an amazing experience right from go. We weren't even going to stop but the owner chatted us up on the way by so we decided to grab some lunch and are we ever glad we did. The food was amazing. We recommend the smash burger! The staff was so pleasant and personable. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!
