One of my favorite spots for fish & chips. The food was good, and the prices were decent. It took around 15 minutes for my order to come out, but it was well worth it. The portions are pretty big, too.

Fish was nice and flaky, but held together nicely for dipping. Sadly there were only two small fillets, which had kind of a strange and uniform shape. Almost 1:3 fish to chips ratio. Fries were good. A bit floppy but the perfect dimensions.
Because it's a pretty reasonable price I'm not going to dock any stars but I wouldn't be against paying a dollar or two more for an extra fillet.
I am, however, going to dock a star because the menu says the fish and chips come with coleslaw but mine did not come with any coleslaw.

It’s been almost 3yrs since I had The Wee Chippy & yesterday I had a flashback! I need some fish & chips with black truffle salt, malt vinegar and garlic 😩🤤 I miss this place so much! I’m coming home for the holidays and this will be my first spot!!

The fries are good and the service is ok but the business as a whole is wack because they extremely downsized the serving amount compared to what it used to be. I ordered a larger and it was basically a medium, I came another day and order what’s called the colossal fries and it was a damn large smh guess the economy got to your business because the serving size it weak. Giving customers less food than before is lame. The burger place next door will give you more fires just go there

Amazing fish & chips. I don't think people truly understand the nature of British fish & chips... the chips or 'fries' aren't old or black, or weird, they are raw, hearty potatoes and VERY very good. The oil here is changed daily, unlike most American fried food spots. Also, yes, the fish is frozen... as its the best way to fast freeze and store it once caught. So without the nitpicking I've read here, which I believe are just lack of education, this place is WELL worth giving a go and supporting an owner-operated little hotspot. I enjoyed it a lot and grew up in London, so can safely say it's amongst the finest f&c I've had.

Some of the best French fries, beautifully golden and cooked to perfection.
Very little sea food and mostly fried batter and lots of frys. The vegan fish and chips is just 3 Gardean fish fillets microwaved with a ton of frys.

I heard this restaurant has a rich history of being landmark fastfood places on Venice. I was excited to try it out. The price of $17 after taxes for a regular combo was nice. The owners are nice and the service was quick. The food was bland. Ranch and tar tar barely kept it decent. The fish was from the freezer or something because extra water was dripping out of it. Unfortunately the food was very bland and I am not coming back
