GOOOD BUSS. Only down side was the impatient people behind us huffing and puffing. The food is well worth the wait. I’d rob a homeless of their burger is how good these things are.

I’ve been coming to the Win~Dow for years and it used to be my weekend trek to get a great lunch. Every time I return it seems more popular, but no less delicious and high quality. Since I can never choose between the burger and chicken sandwich, I pig out and get both. This time I came with my cousins as well, where I got to try the kale salad and that was fire as well. The staff behind the scenes are always nice and helpful. This spot is just solid all the way around. ? ?Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie burger and a killer kale salad

The burgers at this place are pretty decent, but there are some serious issues with how they handle payments and tipping. It feels a bit odd to be asked by the staff to tip right off at the bar when you order since the staff doesn't actually bring your food to you or clean up after you. And if you decide not to tip, be prepared to wait forever for your food – I've had to wait over 45 minutes before, and it seems like I'm not the only one based on other reviews I've seen.On top of that, they tack on a mandatory surcharge of 3%, which feels like adding insult to injury.Overall, we won't be coming back here anytime soon and I can't really recommend it to others.

Let's be straight, this is a window you order food from, then they give you the food out of the window, then you sit at an outdoor table. Now that we have established that, I love this place! It has the best burgers and chicken sandwiches on the fly. You can't call it fast food, its too good.

We absolutely love the Window burgers in Silverlake so we decided to try this location out since it’s closer to us. We thought the burgers would be the same but they’re not. Silverlake burgers are much better- they melt in your mouth. The onions were not smashed into the burgers here, the smashed avocado lacked flavor, and the guy at the register asks you how much you’d like to tip— which felt obligatory.We’re going to stick to the Silverlake location!
Best smash burger on the West side. Just needs to stay open later!!

Burgers was so delicious! Took it to go, didn't make it home. Ate it in the car. Outside seating with some covered. Kind of removed from the street. Look for the green fence.
