I went to The Window for lunch for my wife and I. The chicken sandwich is nice and tender. I got 2 hamburgers and the fries.
To bad this location doesn't have milkshakes.

It was ok. Steak was good, flatbread appetizer was tasty I loved the sesame seeds, potato side was fire. Broccolini was disappointing a bit heavy. It was veryyyyy dark inside and a bit cramped for my liking.

Food was good. Server was not customer centric. Walked past us several times before engaging. He had. Lots of support, ie people bring drinks, delivering food, etc he was clueless when told my dinner was cold and it took 45 mins from finishing delish appetizer til dinner served. Server was the problem..everything else was good.

Pup paradise! I’d rate the atmosphere higher if I could. Ivan was our waiter and was incredible. The seasonal broccolini was one of my favorite items. 15 day dry aged ribeye was amazing. Lamb was not gamey at all and just spicy enough. I would prefer if the flatbread was served with a vat of the honey so I could completely douse it in it. This place never lets me down!

Small birthday celebration dinner. Attentive staff and a candle in the dessert without having to ask!

We were in the Grove and chanced upon this place. We ordered the Flannery 30-day dry aged prime porterhouse (pricey!), grilled delta asparagus as a side, and wood-grilled flatbread to get us started. The flatbread was a pleasant dish and the asparagus was sweet and soft despite their size! The steak was pretty good too but I’d still go with Peter Luger’s steaks if based on just the meat. Ambience was lovely and the service was very good as well. Bottom line, even if you weren’t ordering the steak, it’s still a nice place to dine in - whether on a date, with family or friends.

Love steak? Hate steakhouses? This is the place for you!
The steaks are perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The staff is warm and friendly. Max, our server, handled my allergies like a pro.

Best ribeye I think I’ve ever had it was truly phenomenal, delicious will be back.
Host was rude the moment we walked in and when we walked out. Manager Max was okay but at the end very rude and disrespectful. We definitely got profiled. The host would not give us her name.
I would never come here and will be telling everyone not to come.

Owner called us stinky asians. completely unacceptable and the place was beyond unsanitary with food greatly overpriced for what I can keep from Costco microwave meals.
One of my go-to’s when I’m in LA when I’m craving a burger or steak, and a nice cocktail. The food and drinks are delicious, especially the martini. But the best part is the large patio dining area, perfect for the mild coastal LA weather. The servers are also really friendly making for an overall positive experience.

It’s a bit of a scene. Pretty people doing pretty people things.
We love the Win-Dow so we were exited to try American Beauty and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food was a 2 at best and the service was pretty bad too. Our steak was ordered at medium and arrived very rare, the sides were mediocre (DoorDash Taco Bell is better and that’s saying a lot…). For the price, you’re paying for the ambience/atmosphere because the food itself is nothing to write home about. you will literally find better steak at IHOP or Outback. We got the brussel sprouts, mushrooms, stuffed hashbrowns and the NY Strip. The overall quality at American Beauty might be acceptable for inebriated patrons but for those who are able to taste their food, take your steak night elsewhere. Anywhere else really. BOA, Meat on Ocean, Masteos and as I said, Outback or a Ruth’s Chris will do more to satisfy your steak cravings. If you like paying for overpriced mediocrity, this place might do the trick. Otherwise, skip.
