I ordered a matcha with whole milk and a shot of espresso, but what I got was entirely different—a drink made with alternative milk and topped off with drip coffee. I watched it being prepared, so I know exactly what went into it. I’m not allergic, but I can’t help thinking how risky this could be for someone who is, especially with ingredients like oat or almond milk. Overall, I’m just disappointed that my drink wasn’t made as I’d ordered and paid for.

The absolute BEST place in the area. I come here almost every day for a delicious iced vanilla latte. Exceptionally nice service, great coffee, super clean place and just in general amazing vibes. My wife just paid $4.75 for a 4oz (118ml) macchiato at this place. The cup looks like a cup the dentist would give you to rinse with. Crazy, ridiculous and insulting.
By comparison a medium macchiato at Starbucks is 16oz (473ml) - 4x the size and costs around $7.
I understand costs for labor in West LA are high but this is absurd. We’ll have inflation so long as we continue to pay these exorbitant prices.

The most horrible croissant I’ve ever tried. So dry and flavorless, oddly sliced in half with the thinnest layer of pistachio paste in the middle providing no moisture or flavor whatsoever. I would definitely ask for my money back if I didn’t get it to go.
