Prices were reasonable, staff was excellent and prompt, I got the corn burritos, crispy and cheesy. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the salsa, it had a bbq sauce consistency and flavor to it

I did a call in order for carry out , I was told it would be ready in 10 min , I got there and they took 20 min they don’t have trust on in call orders so they waited till I showed up until they started my order and took up half my lunch cause they can’t trust their customers

Love this place. Have been going here since the early 90s. My dad use to take my brother, sister and I. Now I go when ever I'm in the area. Can't go wrong amazing burgers and fries. Highly recommend this place. The owner is very friendly and hospitable

We live here in Ventura, we even have a dog that we rescued from the parking lot of this place. Since the ownership changed its been frustrating here. The hours are short on the weekends - close early at 4m on Saturdays, closed on Sundays; this is fine but today i decided to tell a group of people that we can go to lunch here at 2:45 pm... NOPE! Once again, both locations closed early without notice. I give up on going or referring others. Ventura just doesn't have e too many options for a local burger spot anymore.
They're doing it again! I've been here for 25 minutes waiting for my food. All of the workers are in the back, messing with grub hub orders, and paying customers are outside waiting to have their orders taken. The new owners need to prioritize the people outside, not the lazy people ordering through a app. Despicable, this is the type of stuff that will put you out of business. Not to mention your current staff is horrible and you can barely understand them. I'm done going to B&Just, if you're in a rush, or don't feel like waiting an unreasonable amount of time for a simple over-priced burger than you shouldn't go either.
