I'm a blogger and I usually post everything to instagram. So patiently waiting out downtown Ventura has become my specialty lol Finally a calmer day here at the Trust. We only got a drink then we needed to be on our way. I see why this place is so popular! Is spacious yet small. Feels very classy inside. You almost forget where you are while inside which is awesome. Definitely need to come back to try out the food and hopefully more rum cocktails make the menu

I love their cocktails! I try different ones every time, and they're always great. The music is always so fun too.

Down Town Ventura is on the map because of this spot. One of the best bars I have experienced in a while. Beverly the Bev maker made our experience spectacular. We did not order food because we only went in for a drink. The establishment is trendy and modern, we will be back. Thanks Bev for signing our merch T-shirt.

The amaro selection ROCKS! So many fun new things to try that you can't find anywhere else in Ventura. Decor and vibe is Italian/art deco/wizard which is fun and different. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Rachel is a kick-ass bartender who is clearly passionate about what she does!

Favorite local place for craft cocktails. The bartenders here know their craft and they stock hard to find liquor that most local places don’t have. On my most recent visit I ordered a La Louisiana which in addition to whiskey and vermouth also requires Benedictine and Absinthe, which most local bars here don’t carry.

Finally had the chance to visit Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust on Main Street in downtown Ventura, and it was definitely worth the wait! The historic charm of the remodeled old Bank of Italy building adds to the allure of this cocktail lounge. The interior is cozy, with a large bar dominating one side of the lounge and smaller tables along the window on the other side. It's a bit of a first-come, first-served situation, as there's no host to seat you. However, once you find a spot, the service is friendly and prompt. The cocktails, inspired by Italian flavors, offer a unique twist with ingredients I've never tried before. I opted for the jungle juice, which was surprisingly delicious and enjoyable. While we only stayed for drinks, the ambiance inside the building is gorgeous. However, there were a few minor issues that didn't quite match the overall atmosphere. The seating arrangement could be improved for a more comfortable experience. Overall, Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust is a must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts seeking a taste of history and unique Italian-inspired drinks in downtown Ventura.

Finally had the chance to visit Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust in downtown Ventura on Main Street, and it was worth the wait! The allure of a cocktail lounge housed in the remodeled old Bank of Italy building, complete with historic charm, had intrigued me for some time. The cocktail bar itself is cozy, with a large bar dominating one side and smaller tables by the window on the other. It's a place where you have to explore and find your own seat, which adds to the charm. While the Italian-inspired cocktails offered a unique selection, including some ingredients I've never tried before, I opted for the Jungle Juice, which was surprisingly delightful. Although we only stayed for drinks, the service was friendly, and the interior of the building looked gorgeous. However, there were a few elements that felt slightly out of place with the overall atmosphere. The only improvement I would suggest is refining the seating arrangement to better complement the rest of the ambiance. Overall, Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust is a wonderful addition to downtown Ventura's nightlife scene, offering a unique setting and delicious cocktails. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu. Four stars!

Let me say this... Sam... KILLS IT! Immediately from the greet, asking questions about what I'm looking for, and the execution.. not to mention the music! Everything I've been looking for in a bar. With the honorable mention of BABZ. Absolute sweetheart. I think I found my new favorite bar!

Food was excellent! However, it was delivered one plate at a time with several minutes in between. The tempura vegetables were absolutely delicious, as was the burger. Sadly my husband never got his, burger. When he went to pay the bill, we were charged for the one not received. After explaining we never received it, it was removed from the bill, along with my glass of wine- but only after we asked. Perhaps they were understaffed... not sure we'd try again.

Behold the cocktail sanctuary! This bar is a taste bud triumph, serving up the town's most divine concoctions. I'm practically on a first-name basis with this place, drawn back time and again for the sheer pleasure of having my liquid delights crafted to perfection. Tucked conveniently in the heart of accessibility, it's not just a bar; it's a rendezvous point for cocktail enthusiasts. Now, about the ambiance - imagine yourself at the window, immersed in people-watching, engaging in casual banter, but oh, the unexpected twist - a symphony of gangster rap. It's like a sip of sophistication with a side of urban beats. How about mixing it up with some chill house tunes to keep the vibe as smooth as the cocktails? Hats off to the cocktail artisans behind the counter - they're not just bartenders; they're maestros orchestrating liquid masterpieces. Each sip is a nod to their talent, delivering a sensory experience that's nothing short of fabulous. Here's to the mixology marvels - keep concocting those liquid dreams with the same magical touch! Cheers to a cocktail haven that truly stands out!
