For a short trip to downtown Ventura, I always try to get a meal in at the 101 Barrelhouse. They always seem to have a beer for any mood you're in, from warm days coming up from the beach to overcast days with drizzle. This is one of my favorite spots to eat in Ventura !! The food is sooo amazingly great ! I usually get the Avenue burger and garlic truffle fries , my hubby gets the Freddie burger with grilled jalapeños and an egg on top !! Food is so good !!!!!
