I thought the Clam Chowder and the Calamari and the cocktail were really good, I do have a beef with how expensive the tacos are for only two tacos. They're good but not that good. It's more like $20-30 per person. Ambience is great though. That sun feels so good. Plenty of places to sit outside.

Yummy but 30 bucks for one piece of fish with chips. Right on the pier so gorgeous location. Only 4 stars cause of the price. Nice lunch. Also got parking validated for eating in and the carpark is right next door.

Nice place, pretty good food, awesome location. Got kids chicken straps and fries, calamari appetizer w fries, and small clam chowder. $50 not including tip. Everything good but quite pricey.

Food left me disappointed. Cool place nice staff. Calamari seemed like it was premade frozen. For a restaurant right on a pier It was a disappointment. Clam chowder was also not great. I would give it another try but I will not be ordering the chowder and calamari.

I frequented the original incarnation of this restaurant when it was at the end of Seaward and then when it moved to the pier
Was there Feb.2 2025.
If you want fish sticks go to Vons. The facility should get D for cleanliness.
There are so many way better places in and around Ventura Harbor

Nice fish place by the pier! Staff was awesome, super clean spot. Food was tasty, just a bit too much fried stuff for me—but hey, that’s the American vibe!

First time in and was not a very good first impressions. There was a staff member with their head buried in their phone as I stood there for a bit. I had to say something before being acknowledged. It was not clear if a customer is to be seated and the order taken and I had to ask how to order. I was directed to a menu on the counter and the order is placed there. There was no signage giving direction on the process, making the experience not a smooth one.

Fried halibut and clam chowder were pretty good, but spicy peach mixed drink, although good, was way too expensive for a short glass drink with mostly ice ($16)

Many years ago my wife and I were driving down the freeway and decided we wanted a seafood dinner. We approached Seaward ave and decided to get off and see what restaurants we could find. We figured with the name Seaward there had to be a seafood restaurant. We drove all the way to the dead end at the beach. As we made the return loop we noticed Eric Ericksons restaurant , bingo,. We stopped in and as we walked to the front door we were greeted by a carved statue of a Viking. We entered and found it very quaint. We sat and after viewing the menu and ordering mai tied we decided to order what was then called the seafood boulyabase. It was fantastic. Since that time Erik's moved to the pier and we have visited many times. My wife passed 7 years ago and I am now living in Tacoma Washington. I will miss the restaurant and the memories it gave us. I am not sure what the name of it is now but you need to try the dish that has muscles, shrimp, crab, clams in a white saffron soup , you won't be disappointed. Oh the sunsets are very beautiful so enjoy I truly miss this place
