This place should be serviced by a homeless shelter and a psychiatric team. This was THE dirtiest fast food place I've ever been in and there was a drug dealer in the parking lot actively distributing. The Ventura Police department should park a car just off site - they would be busy all day long.
I count even finish my burger. Tasted like cardboard. I had a #2 and it cost more than In n Out. Never again�
