Three of us ate dinner here today and the food was great! We were there around 5 pm and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and our food arrived promptly. No complaints. I would definitely recommend this Carrows restaurant.

Better than Dennys ! Friends fork was a tad dirty, and they had no Nutella for crepes. Also didn't have a country skillet !! But food was still tasty

On Sunday morning, Mother's Day, breakfast was good. Tonight, the wife and I returned for dinner. My vegetable soup lacked taste, and my wife's french toast was suppose to have cinnamon, bit did not. The FT was mealy tasting and the surup was watery. Probably the last time we will frequent this chain.

Sunday night was sort of busy as there was only 2 people serving. It took a while, but service was awesome despite the delay. Food was cooked and brought out in a timely manner. Soup, salad and various sandwiches were fresh and tasted great. Wouldn't mind coming back again. Forgot our servers name, but he came by to let us know he will get to us as soon as possible. He was pleasantly friendly and professional.

A bustling food hall with so many great options to choose from! You might have a hard time finding a seat at this place but that's only because it's so popular, for good reason. The lines move pretty quickly, the atmosphere is lively, and the location is perfect, what's not to like?!

Customer service is top of the line the server was very helpful, polite, checked on us multiple times, and made me feel extreme welcomed. The food was very good and made on a timely manner, and their banana cream pie was absolutely delicious, definitely recommend this place I have no complaints about anything everything was perfect.
Potato pancakes to die for!! Wish orange juice had free refills. Other than that great food, reasonable price, bombbbbb potato pancakes!!

The best place to eat in the area if you have kids. Luz, our waitress, was beyond helpful, and i can't imagine a place that tolerates all the havoc that can bring two toddlers better. You could assume that's enough to add the place to your favorites but there comes the food , and it's really good! They have very generous portions, and it's really tasty. Ð must stop for me when traveling to Ojai/Santa Barbara from LA.

Disappointed. I used to frequent Carrows Restaurant because I got a good American breakfast there and they refilled the glass of orange juice. No longer! I ordered a strawberry waffle with whipped cream. The strawberries were nowhere near fresh, mushy and pale, and the whipped cream did not look, taste, or feel real.

Just dreadful. How hard is it to make a veggie burger? It came refrigerator cold. I asked if it could be heated up so then it came back piping hot with the lettuce wilted down the side. Inside there was like 1/4 cup of mustard. Bizarre. The manager was a hapless fool. Multiple tables were complaining and he just stood there looking bewildered saying "I'm sorry." Ridiculous. FWIW, the wait staff was competent. I pity them.
