Today was my first day trying out Black Bear diner in Ventura near the beach. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady named Amanda. She was so kind welcoming and very informative about the menu and food. I was shocked when she said she was new! Absolutely recommend coming here, great service, great food and great atmosphere.
Our server KAYLA was awesome. Everything was perfect. Best omelette ever. Kayla was cheerful,&courteous . She was helpful with her recommendation.She was positive & smiling.

When Ventura first opened up my wife and I ordered meals to go unfortunately things were a little shaky at the time and the meals were short certain items and some things were correct. After calling Ventura and talking to the manager they agreed that next time we come in the meals would be on them.
