Waiting about an hour for 1 order of Philly fries and 1 order of pretzels ?. There appeared to be only 1 cook that could not keep up with the orders at Topa Topa and when we went to check on the order, the woman was very rude and said “we are still working on it” with an attitude. I wanted to warn people getting in line to order because it took forever! Definitely wouldn’t order from them again!
The food is delicious and the service is excellent with an ambiance affect. A very positive atmosphere all around and I love the energy!

Please note, This review is for the Food Truck only. I really wanted to love this place. I love smashburgers and I was excited to find another eatery near my work as restaurants are pretty limited on this side of town. They were a little behind schedule opening but went ahead and took my order shortly after 12. At that point there were a handful of other people waiting and I was the first to put my order through. I opted for the double smash burger without pickles and the cheese sauce on the side. The lady who took my order was very friendly and a few minutes after ordering, handed me one of those buzzers that will go off when my order is ready. She let me know it would be a little bit because of the fries...I had no issue with that, however, it was NOT "a little bit." It was THIRTY SEVEN minutes from the time I paid to when my order was ready. Almost my entire lunch break was gone by the time I got back to work. I feel it was wrong not to tell me up front before I paid that it was going to be over half an hour wait. There also wasn't really much acknowledgement of how long the wait was when I picked up my order. I would have gone somewhere else had I known that it would be such a long wait. Once I finally got back to work to eat my food, I definitely enjoyed the burger. The grilled onions were a nice touch and it was flavorful. I found myself craving a nice piece of crisp lettuce though...it would have made it much better. The fries unfortunately, were horrible. They were so overly fried and greasy I had two and threw out the rest. I have never done that before and the fact that I waited 37 minutes for those fries made it sting even more. It also wasn't cheap at $18 for the burger and fries. I have never had french fries before with that kind of fried texture...it was very strange to me. I would come back for the smash burger if they made it an option to order without the fries. Maybe some people like their fries like this but I just couldn't stomach them.
