Hidden gem for sure. Authentic Indian food and atmosphere tucked away on the avenue. Everything I have tried so far has been delicious, I can definitely recommend the Indian tacos (I know it sounds odd, your choice of entree wrapped in your choice of naan) and my favorite Aloo Tiki Chaat with extra sauces. Good portions with good prices, even when ordering online which I recommend as they seem to stay pretty busy.

Indian Rasoi is such and underrated spot in Ventura. Best to go with a group so you can order a bunch of dishes a la carte and share. They have a great selection, but our favorites are the butter chicken, malai kofta, and lamb briyani with a few orders of garlic naan. Staff is super kind, the space small but welcoming, and they're always playing some great music. Also make sure to try a burrito, or, during Avenue Taco Week, one of their naan tacos. So freaking good, we love eating here.

The BEST indian place around! Staff are very friendly and fast with serving. Decor is beautiful and tasteful. Music videos being played really makes it a fun experience. Most of all, the food is top notch at a great price. Cannot recommend enough!

Everything was delicious! I got the bowl with chicken tikka and veggie korma and it was so so good, highly recommend. The staff was so kind and my food was ready really quickly. I will definitely be back to try the burrito!

We got the chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, veggie korma, a side of rice, samosas, and nann. Everything was incredible! My mom and I loved every bite. Despite living far and out of the area, we cannot wait to go back. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The value of the meal was 👍 and it was so filling! I would give it 10/5 stars if I could.
Epic Indian fare, I do not say this lightly. I truly enjoy excellent Indian cuisine, I am usually unimpressed with most Indian restaurants, seldom find a place I'd return to and almost never recommend one. I was, I did and I do. We went 3 time in one week our last VC trip. Bon apatite!
