I went here for years with my folks, and we often got the egg foo young.I went back in 2010. The standards of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant seemed to have dropped. I ended up throwing up after a bite of dumplings.I haven't come back since.

The last time I ordered there a few months ago, I took home orange beef and kung Pao chicken. The chicken tasted old and the beef coating was mushy. It used to be SO good, but it isn't anymore. I threw more than half of it away, and they're not cheap. Maybe they were having an unfresh day. I haven't ordered anything from them since.

Ordered via Uber Eats, we got the honey walnut shrimp and Sichuan fish, both were goodThe lunch menu seems like a great value, today we got the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice plus an order of 6pc wings. The former was tasty but wings were salty for me.

My curry chicken was sad chicken and veggies in mostly just oil. There was a little bit of brown sauce under the inch of oil, but it certainly wasn't curry. Had it not been takeout I would have sent it back. Instead I threw it away and made a microwave burrito. What a waste of $

Great Chinese food made by locals. Not the most appealing inside.
I always get the pork chow mein from Lee's because it is unbeatable in all of Ventura in my opinion. It hits the spot, the portion is generous for the price, and it is always so delicious. Thanks Lee's!

Ever since husband and I got violently ill for two days after eating spoiled sweet and sour pork, we refused to step foot in the place. Doesn't seem to clean inside, either.

The Chinese food you had growing up, is still here. This is a rare treat for Chinese food enthusiasts of what some may call 'standard fare' is now the uncommon bordering on rare variation of family owned Chinese food done the right way. Delicious.Food aside, service was atrocious, and the atmosphere hasn't changed since the early 90s, so, pretty much a "classic" experience. But the food is worth it.
