Very disappointed. Curbside order, first car there last to get food. Live 2 mins away, food was cold, missing all dipping sauces purchases, as you can imagine, order was ruined. Called restaurant, manager 'John' was dismissive and unhelpful. Never again.

Kiosk help needed and they didn't respond. Table service promised didn't happen. Instead they yelled the number out from the counter. The fries were undercooked and barely warm. Sandwich undersauced. Not impressed. Won't go inside again.

McDonald's was open when I pulled up, the drive through window was open, and the app said the restaurant was open, but when I pulled up to the drive through speaker it was closed (despite the drive through lane not being blocked off - there's cones there for that purpose, but they weren't set up). All the lights were on, and there was no indication that the drive through was closed except that no one responded.

Went to go use the restroom while the cafe was open, they would to let us in. I asked nicely if i could use the bathroom while their cafe was open and they said no. It took me saying I was about to pee in the bushes for them to let me in. RIDICULOUSbb

Please train your workers to stir the McCafe drinks correctly. You literally still have the metal spoons for it
Sara help me with my order and was super attentive helping me with my coffee order and other items. Both of the night staff was polite today 6-15-25 at 8:50pm Just wanted to give a shout out to Sara and the other young lad (I forgot his name) for their excellent service 👏 Tysm
