12 minute wait for one burger because they were preparing the order ahead of 8 burgers. What is going on how bad can can you be. And it tasted like crap

1st time here left me wanting across the board.. what i will say is the team there was doin the best they could.. food was good.. nothing fast about it during this experience. Ill give em another shot though.

First time at Tommy's burger 🍔 today. Ordered a chili dog. When I got home to eat it, there was a hair in it. Called there & spoke to the manager she said her names Heaven.
