We missed the old Pizza Hut so we decided to give it a try in a neighboring town. As it is I'm not a big pizza lover. The pizza was good and the cheese bread sticks were tasty. But not the pizza it once was during the times that you were able to sit down and order. The commercials give it more justice than the real thing.

Scumbags. I got a pizza w 1 slice removed. Called the manager and he said I'm the problem. Never again. Did I mention scumbags???called him back, he wasn't interested nor did he care. Scumbags.do you really want to have these people putting their grimy and Covid-19 fingers all over your food? Did the driver wash his hands after using the toilet? Unbelievable.

I always order from the Pizza Hut on Victoria in Ventura. I would like to give a big appreciation to Kristin. She is an amazing employee who goes above for her customers. She takes the time to call back if there any issues with the order. She is always kind and helpful when I need help with an order. Big SHOUT OUT to KRISTEN for just be wonderful! PMJ

Pizza Hut more like pizza butt because this place is a*** I can see why they are on a downhill spiral and their stock price is falling. Eat here if you are mentally disabled. I would rather let Lizzo s*** in my mouth before ever eating Pizza Hut again. If you want good pizza go to dominoes

There was only one guy working. After paying $81 for food on Mother's Day I had to wait a long time. In the app it said would be ready by 714pm wasn't ready til 757pm when I got there at 715 the worker told me 5 minutes more it was still in the oven. Waited 40 minutes...if you can avoid this place do it horrible place
Never order from here, they charge $20 worth of fees and you won't get what you ordered. I ordered a box and 2 pizzas. 1st one was canceled by them, but they said I could order again - which I did. Order finally showed up 2 hours later, and the 2 pizzas weren't delivered. I tried calling the store immediately, they picked up and hung up before I could speak. Called 3 more times and it was the same, picked up and hung up. I never got what I ordered and I'm out $160.

We got two pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie, there was hardly any bacon on the ham and bacon pizza and the sausage on the other pizza tasted rubbery. We ended up throwing the cookie away as the chocolate in the chocolate chip cookie was bland. It's been awhile since we ate at Pizza Hut and definitely wasn't worth what we spent today for the food.

This Pizza Hut is the only one in all of Ventura, and they handle that really well! The manager Tyler is ALWAYS so nice every time I make an order! You can tell it's usually short staffed due to covid but no matter how busy they are, Tyler doesn't make you feel like a burden or rushed! There are so many bad reviews on here about time it took and stuff but every business is trying their best during these times! My pizza comes out the best when Tyler makes it. Sometimes you can tell it was just thrown together but it's perfect every time he does it!

I order the lasagna at this Pizza Hut. We got home after ordering and we realized while eating some of the pasta was over cooked, while the other half of the past was undercooked. It was hard and difficult to chew.
