Food is served just like I remember as a kid. Menu area is ok, food is good, employees are polite.

Good food! Not too impressed with the price point for the salmon plate for how small of a cut I got though. But none the less it was made well and staff is all friendly.

Usually this is a great place to eat but on our last visit (Oct. 5) we had a sub par visit. While the steaks and salad bar were at their usual top quality the service was horrible. Although our waitress was kind and friendly and was trying her best she was the only waitress for twenty active tables. The table next to use had used dishes on it when we got there and were still there when left. All the manager did was work the register and fold napkins. To be fair this was the first Saturday we have been in a long time we usually go during the week days and the service is awesome. But when you pay $60 dollars to eat somewhere you should get more than 1 cup of coffee. To be clear this was not the waitresses fault this was a management issue. The waitress said that there was not another person scheduled to come in for another hour and a half

Not very tasty, the food looked amazing but it was awful; burned potato, no flavor, Something that I did not like is that even if you want to pay for a take out salad, you are not allow. Instead, they let you take a really “bad†salad they prepare for you. The waitress was annoying. The cashier gave a better customer service.

Like with Brooklyn when they're used to be a ballpark there, in my hometown we used to have a Sizzler here. Then it went away. Rent was too high and they weren't making enough money. When me and my friends find a Sizzler on the road we make a great effort to eat there. They have great food, they cook it very superbly and the prices are very fair and affordable. With the Ventura location the tables were filled enough and they were even hiring. Glad I found this Sizzler, I've always enjoyed Sizzler and I wish my hometown still had our Sizzler.
