The food is so bad I wish I could give it a zero. First of all when I walked the music was awfully loud and disturbing! I had my son with me and he does not need to be hearing those explicit songs. I got my son a churro and he said that it tasted like soap so I tried it and it did. Do not buy from this subway!!

The employees were very rude and made faces while making my order. I had asked for broccoli cheddar soup and they gave me chicken noodle soup. As I told them that wasn’t the soup that I had asked for they proceeded to roll their eyes. They also rolled up my sandwich like a burrito and i asked for it toasted, buts it was still cold. Worst experience and terrible service. AVOID THIS SUBWAY. Also the soup wa disgusting it tasted rancid.

The 24 hour facet is an obvious plus, combined with the fact the service has almost always been really good, and the subs pretty well made and loaded up. That is until the last two times I’ve ordered(online). Ordered two different subs each time, and all four were like emaciated versions of their previous selves. I almost always threw in a $5 tip, but these last two times, had I known, I’d reconsider that. I’ll try a couple other locations in area for next couple orders, then try the Main st. store one more time to see if the chintzy sub-making was a fluke, or a new ‘business model’.

Came in and ordered a #10 (Subway Club) wrap, added avocado, 2 chocolate chip cookies, and a medium soda. Was charged $16.64 and thought dang, that's steep for a freakin wrap and a soda, but I guess I did add avocado.The cashier promptly realized he didn't charge for the avocado. I assumed he'd say "Whoops, my mistake, well enjoy and have a great day!" Nope. He literally entered a separate transaction of $1.25.Not only is this super shitty customer service (how is your mistake my debt?), but also why tf does a wrap, a couple of cookies, and a soda cost $20 at SUBWAY??? PS-- I'm a white girl, obviously no favoritism here.

If they are not willing to clean the feces off the sidewalk in front of their establishment then, I question their compliance to basic satiation requirements.

I came in and there was two white girls in front of me eating chips requesting their sandwich, and when I came to order all of a sudden I have to wait for three orders to be made. I decided I didn't wanna wait that long. They left at the store and when I talked to another patron at the store who experienced the same thing all of a sudden it was a white voice on the intercom saying it's not about race you have to get out of here. I didn't know subway had an intercom to talk to me, and the African-American that was in like and left too . He told us to leave the store we are not welcome . . But from what I experience was racism because there was me , a Mexican American, and an African American outside we were discriminated against and asked to leave the property. How come I had to wait for three other paper orders to be ready when the two white girls in front of me got to get their orders and all of a sudden a white voice came up on the speaker was talking about you're not welcome here you have to leave buddy you have to go. When I was already leaving to my car so I don't know if he was talking to the African-American gentleman or the Mexican person myself, but all I felt was racism in the store, and outside of the store on the intercom. I didn't know Subway had an intercom that could talk to you from outside the store. Because, if he can be racist from the back room onto the speaker why can't he be non-racist and make me a sandwich? Valid question this is the only 24 hour restaurant in the area and they are very racist. Horrible, I do not recommend anyone come here unless you are a white girl and you will get service .

I had the Philly steak for the first time and loved it. They have a new menu now so they don't have a lot of the old traditional sandwiches they used to but it's always worth it if you have a coupon. And this Subway is open 24 hours which is very convenient for when I'm coming into town late night.
