Wine is good service was great up until a few weeks ago can't get anyone to return a simple email anymore

been ordering as a gift for my family for years. I know absolutely nothing about wine, yet the people I talk to on the phone to make my order, are always amazingly polite, professional, and proficient (lots of Ps there lol) My family loves the gifts, the wines are always great, shipping is easy and the packing is always really nice. On my most recent order, what really stood out to me, is when I called in, the person who took my call ended up being the company President. That really sticks with me for a variety of reasons. What a great company, who I will continue to be using for years to come!

I went on their website to order a gift before they actually opened and just couldn't get the purchase done (all my fault). I called when they opened and got Tasha and I was her first caller. I explained my situation and she immediately started to fix it but then their power grid went down and I lost all communication with her. The next thing I know I have a voicemail on my phone my Tasha and she is using her personal cell phone to make the call. She tells me she will get the purchase done as soon as their systems are up and She Did!! She even called me to ensure I knew she had taken care of the whole situation and to make sure I was happy with the purchase...I WAS!! Thank You Tasha! You have set the Gold Standard for Customer Service!!

It's a genuine delight to visit this wine store. There was all I want. The staffs are on the whole mindful and skillful. The manner in which they treat their customers is well-applause. Wines are modest on the grounds that they are imported. It's strongly suggested!

I came here to buy wines and give them to my grandpa's birthday celebration. Thank God, this shop was the best place to visit. The crews were very entertaining, kind, and helpful. They had helped me choose what was the best wine that was accurate for my grandpa. Also, I liked their place a lot. It was cool, stylish, and captivating. I will visit you again. Thanks!

I've been ordering my wine from The California Wine Club for 5+ years now and I've never been disappointed. I love that I have several clubs to pick from and a choice of how many bottles per month that I want to purchase. It's a great way to try new wines that I might have never known about. Plus, if I love something, I can order more. I love their customer service. Their customer service reps are knowledgeable and make the perfect suggestions that I need. I’m not a wine connoisseur by any means, so it’s helpful that they can walk me through what would be the best choices for me.

I've been a member of the CA Wine Club for over 5 years, have signed up several friends and family and given the memberships and bottles of wine as gifts. While I like some bottles better than others, the wines are always good and are a great value especially when reordering your favorites. Speaking of favorites, the CA Wine Club site includes a "wine cellar" feature to help keep track of the wines I particularly liked. It's a handy feature when it's time to restock the wine fridge. I can't say enough good things about the wine or the staff at CA Wine Club, give them a try you'll be happy you did.
