I visit the Coffee Bean, Starbucks, and Petes coffee regularly, and I can tell you from lots of first-hand experience that the coffee bean is losing its grip. It does not meet the same standards as their competitors. The coffee, the cleanliness and the acumen of its staff.
5 star for Dan he is the best.. employee like him make you come back… he so kind and helpful..

Oliver assisted me on the phone, super helpful and calmed very professional handle the call very well 👌 even though i had ordered at the wrong store :/ . Totally my fault there but promptly answered my question. ( Still have to wait for my refund ) Needs a raise ! Though
Won’ t say the same from the other location . Girl totally dumped half of my coffee to add the cream cap she forgot in the first place and still was rude about it.

Not as much of a fan of their coffee, but their teas are amazing! Breakfast options are pretty good for being on the go too

The one in ventura and montalvo are great but the one in Oxnard sucks and the customer service in oxnard really needs improvement i will drive all the way to a different coffee bean because of how rude they are at the one In Oxnard
Good place to work/study on your computer. Lots of seats and tables. I went toward the end of the day. The vanilla latte and hot chocolate, both with oat milk were good. They accept your reusable coffee mug and give discount for bringing your own. (:
Didn’t get food this time, but hope to be back. seems they have a vegan banana bread
