Drinks were eh not as good as they use to.

I don't understand how they have two bathrooms. But only use one because the other is for employees only, then why not have it in the back where it's only theirs and not where the customers can see it.

Another thing. My daughter was going to ask for a napkin. Everyone was busy I get it. She walked in to the area because the gate was open and was about to ask. But this heavier set Anglo teenager with glasses was shooing my daughter with an attitude away while her my wife was explaining what is happening. She didn't care she said uh huh. Just get her out of here. That was l rude. And the best part they didn't offer her one.

I wanted to go off on her really bad. So I walked out so I don't make a scene.
I work in customer service customers are a pain at times but treating kid and a mom like that.

From the jist of it customer service lacks here. The management needs to do customer service training.

There nothing you can do with the drinks lacking flavor it could be corp. since you can tell they are not as busy as other locations.

The place is honestly not clean weirder 5 people making drinks not one cleans. Time management training I can see that in the future as well.

The girl working the register friday morning around 8am on 9/12 was extremely unprofessional and kind of annoying. She kept cussing and complaining, it was a hard watch.

Hope was extremely rude from the second I walked in. She gave my friend and I horrible looks and barely spoke to us when taking our order. I asked to use my app and she said “the app is not working” without offering any solution. While waiting for my order all she was doing was walking around in a sluggish manner!

I visit the Coffee Bean, Starbucks, and Petes coffee regularly, and I can tell you from lots of first-hand experience that the coffee bean is losing its grip. It does not meet the same standards as their competitors. The coffee, the cleanliness and the acumen of its staff.

Oliver assisted me on the phone, super helpful and calmed very professional handle the call very well 👌 even though i had ordered at the wrong store :/ . Totally my fault there but promptly answered my question. ( Still have to wait for my refund ) Needs a raise ! Though

Won’ t say the same from the other location . Girl totally dumped half of my coffee to add the cream cap she forgot in the first place and still was rude about it.

Anyways i prefer coffee bean instead of
star-biz.
