The young lady with red hair who took my order was very polite and took her time with me as I have never ate here before š! Food was amazing and the store itself was clean, Iām not sure about the bad reviews but I recommend the food!

Stopped in for some wings and there was absolutely zero customers in the restaurant. It took over 20 minutes for me to get my order. The quality of the chicken and the wings was 2.5 out of five stars at best. I can go to Vons and buy basic chicken wings that are much more tasty than these. And the wings were overcooked and dry.

āHeaven Leeā took my order, ZERO customer service skills and very unfriendly, clearly HATES her job. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders with a seasoning. 2 were so over seasoned I couldnāt eat them and the other 3 hardly had any season at all. This was my first and last time going to Wingstop, really a bad experience. I ended up having to make my dinner and tossed my order.

I am DoorDash driver they give me my order all the time late like 30 minutes, they never help DoorDash drivers, specially evening time manager. She was always rude with DoorDash drivers.
Incredibly rude guy working wouldnāt take our order or give us the restroom code, said he was working alone and kept asking us to wait while he wanders around the back doing nothing. Ended up leaving. Shockingly bad service.
