Horrible experience I had to wait 45+ min to get my food. They messed up my first order giving it to someone else then I saw them touch the food that was supposed to be for me. I asked the cashier "hey I ordered my food a while ago" he then proceeded to give me the food the other customer got and just stared at me. I told him I wanted a new order. I then wait another 15-20 min for my food and I just can't believe how incompetent the workers are

Walk in Assist us name Victor We Oder 30 boneless meal with 2 large fries 10. Original hot 10 garlic Parmesan 10 barbecue. And we waited we received our order looking through it he gave us 18 Parmesan 10 hot and 2 barbecue classic. clear was not my order. Very bad training don’t put new works on the register if they cannot listen correctly or get proper training. Thank u to Jennifer for fixing my oder.

Worst experience I ever had with wingstop. I love wingstop so much. But this time not so much. I ordered through DoorDash to pick up, I get there my food is not even ready I had to wait at least 30 mins more and it looked like they weren’t doing anything in the kitchen but arguing. This lady looked like she was on something or half asleep. They gave me three large fries when I only ordered two and I ordered corn they didn’t give it to me. They also DID NOT GIVE ME RANCH?? How do you eat wings without THE wingstop ranch?? They were rude. If you’re hungry go to the wingstop on Victoria they won’t disappoint.

Staff was rude and mean after we placed a large order when we asked for one of us to use restroom, they told us both bathrooms were out of order. Having the restrooms out of order is understandable...maybe, but not being so rude in telling us. Does not cost you a cent to be pleasant to your customers. Really disappointing.

My husband placed an order from this location during his lunch break and unfortunately, he did not enjoy his meal as he upgraded to fries to the Vodoo fries. The fries were seasoned ridiculously. I called and spoke with Tim on the phone and HE STATED that we were going to receive a FULL REFUND, my husband got there and they told him they couldn’t give him a refund that they were able to replace the Vodoo fries on the SPOT like why would he get something he’s not going to eat right now that’s ridiculous such a waste of our time and gas this is unprofessional.This is so unfortunate knowing that Wingstop doesn’t care about their customers we will definitely not be back here horrible experience.Maria “is another manager” or whatever her tittle is. She is so unprofessional she should’ve processed the refund but instead she offered to just give him the Vodoo fries that he wasn’t going to eat please do better as a management team.
