“Heaven Lee” took my order, ZERO customer service skills and very unfriendly, clearly HATES her job. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders with a seasoning. 2 were so over seasoned I couldn’t eat them and the other 3 hardly had any season at all. This was my first and last time going to Wingstop, really a bad experience. I ended up having to make my dinner and tossed my order.

I am DoorDash driver they give me my order all the time late like 30 minutes, they never help DoorDash drivers, specially evening time manager. She was always rude with DoorDash drivers.

Multiple bad experiences at this wingstop location but today was the last straw I ordered the 20 boneless wing meal deal 5 mango habanero 5 Hawaiian and 10 garlic Parmesan and a 10 piece bonless wings all mango habanero , well when I got home I realized I was missing the 10 garlic Parmesan and instead of giving me mango habanero for my 10 piece they gave me lemon pepper I don’t get where the confusion came from I ordered online it’s not that hard to copy an order from a screen ! Y’all need to step it up and hire some better employees it’s not a good look !

Not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews? Food was on point. Was told 20 min wait but came out in about 10min at most. Music is a bit loud.
Went in for a late dinner and was highly disappointed!! We ordered the 15 piece meal for two people. Got there and food wasn’t done, which was okay but the staff was rude when I came in. I was not greeted and was told my food would be ready soon in a rude manner. Then, I get home and the bone-in wings were very dry, the boneless were slightly sprinkled with Parmesan (I asked for garlic Parmesan), and we were shorted about 5 wings. I will not EVER go to this wingstop again.

Horrible experience I had to wait 45+ min to get my food. They messed up my first order giving it to someone else then I saw them touch the food that was supposed to be for me. I asked the cashier "hey I ordered my food a while ago" he then proceeded to give me the food the other customer got and just stared at me. I told him I wanted a new order. I then wait another 15-20 min for my food and I just can't believe how incompetent the workers are

Walk in Assist us name Victor We Oder 30 boneless meal with 2 large fries 10. Original hot 10 garlic Parmesan 10 barbecue. And we waited we received our order looking through it he gave us 18 Parmesan 10 hot and 2 barbecue classic. clear was not my order. Very bad training don’t put new works on the register if they cannot listen correctly or get proper training. Thank u to Jennifer for fixing my oder.
