placed quite a couple pickup orders from this place and I always like to pay for an extra sauce but they never give it to me. crazy considering my order isn't even ready by the time I pick it up. Service needs to be better.

Food tastes amazing and full of flavor, I'd love to eat here more often buut ...the service is terribly slow 😐. Ordered online and had to wait almost exactly 30 minutes past the original wait time, so almost 50 minutes total in waiting for literally 2 chicken sliders. Bruh 🤦🏻♂️. The place needs to be managed better because the chain has a lot of potential but these inaccurate orders and wait times bring the place down, heavily unfortunately 😮💨.

Finally tried it, and from my experience it is over hyped! The chicken isnt even juicy or flavorful like Daves Hot Chicken. The chicken felt old and stale, thats the whole point why im buying the food for the chicken. The fries were good, again isnt the chicken supposed to be the star? never again. $100 dollars to the trash, hard pass im sticking to Daves.

Went in for an after gym session, immediately greeted by young energetic crew, definitely feeling great vibes from the team, they help me decide what i wanted since this is my first time
We ordered the combo and took a seat, the soda machines set up is tuned perfectly so the soda taste great
And then after about 6-7 minutes they called our numbers and we try it
To my surprise this is 100% beyond unreasonable doubt better than Dave's hot chicken and I'm really happy about it because i dont have to drive down the hill for this type of food
We're coming back soon, great job.

I don't understand how this place is still open. Probably only because the food is good but the service is unbearable. My pick up order took an additional 25 min to get from a snarky employee. The staff must be family of manager because they are rude and don't seem to care at all. This was our third time visiting and this is the third time we have been missing an item. First time we were missing a whole bowl. Second time missing a side of Mac and cheese. This time missing fries from a number 2. Won't be back. Not giving them another chance. Super disappointed.

The food was amazing. Joy, fresh, delicious. Cashier was friendly. Only downside was the crazy loud and static filled music.

- Food is tasty - Wait times are insane; I'm writing this as we wait, 25 minutes after they said our order would be ready and 40 minutes after placing our order online. The place is not packed whatsoever. Edit: We got our food around 45 minutes after placing our order - They don't show calories on their website - They should have a screen with the orders that are ready. If you're going to pickup after ordering on your phone you'll be very confused and employees don't really provide an estimated wait time or let you know the number of the order they're currently working on so you can try to guess how long you'll be waiting.

I waiting for about 15 min went to ask how much longer for my order and they said another 10 min, super slow service. Ok top of that it was almost 40 bucks for a meal for 2 people. Ended up getting my money back the unprofessional manager didn't even mind or care why I wanted back was my first time there and definitely not going back and will make it a point to tell people not to go as well
