it's been awhile since the high desert has had a Mediterranean restaurant up here. The food is delicious the service is great the atmosphere is clean, very enjoyable. It is now one of our favorite restaurants. Are 11 month old grandson loves your hummus as well as your lamb and rice. And babies are always right
Don Kabob in Hesperia is a standout spot for authentic Mediterranean flavors. The shawarma is exceptionally tender and richly seasoned, striking a perfect balance of warmth and depth. The beef is equally impressive, juicy, well-marinated, and cooked to perfection. Idee such a nice person. Overall, a highly recommended destination for anyone craving quality Mediterranean cuisine.
The Don Kabob does not miss! I’ve had them a few times now and it just gets better each time. The kofta plate is fantastic but that lamb gyro has my stomach in a choke hold 10/10. Staff is friendly each time amazing service. If you haven’t tried it go now!!
