As a new customer (1st timer) I had their Korean fries, they really need to lighten up on the sauces for both fries and the meat. I'm Asian so really understand people's tastes are different but over saturation of both items not good it did help that the pickled radish and carrots helped but even the still way too much sauces .
My grandson ordered his food rare. I said no, medium well. The cashier had rare in his mind and ordered medium rare. As I was eating it, I saw mine was too pink. I looked at the recipe and saw medium rare, I took it back up to the cashier and he ordered me a new burger. This time I said well done. I got it, and it was delicious. I am from the great state of Georgia and when I come back to California I will visit Apollo again. Thank you young man for your great service.
