What a gem! Can’t believe this place isn’t higher rated! The food was extremely flavorful!! Chips were warm and salsa was perfect consistency and flavor as well. Pancho's Authentic Mexican and Salvadorean Restaurant is a solid spot offering both Mexican and Salvadoran dishes, with each cuisine kept distinct rather than blended together. The food is delicious and bursting with all of the right flavors. The homemade salsa is amazing, and the handmade tortillas are exceptional. Specific meals like the shrimp burrito, Pancho burrito with a pound of carne asada, Machaca with beans and rice, breakfast burrito with asada and beans, and pupusas with chicharrón are all highly praised. The beans and rice are rated 11/10, the Machaca 11/10, the red hot sauce 12/10, and the handmade tortillas 13/10. The restaurant is very clean, and portions are fair for the price. The service starts well with friendly and helpful staff, but consistency can be an issue, as some customers experienced a negligent and rude manager. One order of pupusas came with cheese despite a request for none due to an allergy. Overall, the food is extremely good, and customers will definitely be going back.
