What Pancho's lacks in ambience they make up for in quality food. If you're up for something besides just Mexican food, their blend of Salvadoran. Dishes is top-notch. Especially the pupusa's!

This place is so good!! The food and vibes are amazing! I ordered the Salvadorean breakfast, and it came with so many plátanos! And everything tasted so good together. The workers were super nice and delivered everything super quick. I will be back.

Let me say we have visited and ate at this place more than a few times but this last visit was not to my satisfaction, and we will not be going back anymore. First off, the waitress got my order wrong, I'm thinking she didn't understand English, which is ok, but if you don't understand then ask for help. I ordered 1 beef taco with a cheese enchilada and rice and refried beans. I was given a beef enchilada drowned in green sauce, and the beans were not even refried. At least not like they use to do them. The beans seemed like beans de la jolla with melted cheese on top. Just nasty! On top of all that, we had to ask for chips and salsa after 10 minutes of waiting. We were not asked if we needed refills. Just bad customer service in my opinion. Not sure what changed since the last time we ate here, which was probably 3 months back, but Customer service is always important and so is the reputation of a restaurant. The setting of the restaurant is nice and clean, the music is not too loud. They were busy but this is nothing new. Unfortunately, we just won't be back due to change in taste of food and customer service. This is considered an authentic Mexican food restaurant but if Salvadorians are cooking, not sure how authentic that could be.

Me and my family were not craving some pupusas yesterday morning, I ordered 10 for rain thinking they would be freshly made.When I got home I discovered that they were old and a little burned from being overheated!My family and I were craving pupusas yesterday morning so I called in an order of 10 pupusasYou would think since its early in the morning I'd get fresh made pupusas instead I got 10 hard old pupusas that seemed to be burnt due to reheatingwho knows how old they were!
