I'm one of those people that likes Arby's, but not this location. 10 minutes ago I tried ordering here, but there was no staff that even cared to take my order. As soon as I walked in they went to the back. I'm a normal looking person, I have good hygiene and don't smell, my clothes are clean. Yet, it took over 8 minutes for then to grace me with their presence when I had already lost interest in eating there. When I was walking out the young robust employee asked if he could help, walking out the door, I said, 'not anymore. Have a good one ' to which he replied with dirty looks. I guess he was busy on Snapchat or eating or quite possibly adding his own ingredients to the horsey sauce.

I've gone here before with similar results, I guess they don't like making money because the employees obviously don't like working.

Either u love arbys or u dont. I love me sum arbys! Everything there is always so so good. The quality of food here is on point. The only downfall is they are so expensive I only come here when I have coupons.

Extremely unprofessional cashier Andres grabbed my husband's debit card out of his hand and tapped his debit card without his consent. Why is an Arby's employee grabbing a debit card out of a customers hand in the first place. Andres either needs more training on customer service or to be fired, since YOU NEVER GRAB YOUR CUSTOMERS PAYMENT METHOD OUT OF THEIR HAND. I understand Andres may have thought he was helping, but don't force help on your customer if it's not asked for.

Based on the owners response, we will not be returning to this location since the owners response is unprofessional, and I now see where their employees get their unprofessional attitudes from. I will also make sure my friends know what kinda treatment we have received and the owners response. Word of mouth is key to advertising, but the owner has shown they don't care about the impression they are leaving for customers. Arbys customer relations will also be contacted as well, since tried to handle the situation at the restaurant level but was unable to, so it needs to be escalated to the next level.

Arby's is always tasty. When I was growing up in the 80s, they had roast beef and nothing else. Now, the expanded menu rocks. The burger beats other fast food places. Will be trying the deep fried Turkey sandwich soon.

I ordered the 2 for 6 deals, and I wasn't happy with the bread it was gritty like possible sand. I'm not sure why it has a sandy texture, but that completely ruined my sandwiches. The lady at the counter was unprofessional. I didn't catch her name, but She had piercings in her lip . Usually, I have a great experience, but this is definitely changing my fast food options.

Arrived at location. 20 min. Before closing. Doors locked. Drive thru kid on duty finally looked up from his phone, said they were closed and had to go thru the drive thru. Our Vehicle does not go through a drive thru. Closed 20 min early.

I love going to this Arby's. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always amazing and the staff are always super family friendly. I recommend the beef and cheddar. It's one of my personal favorites. I have always walked out as a happy customer I always ring the bell ☺️
