Highly recommended, their birria is unique, I hope they never change their recipe, delicious and the service, if they are not very busy, is very good. I invite you to try their draft and their tortillas made to order, a thousand times recommended.
Literally, some of the best birria. Not just in the high desert either. Its good all around. Handmade tortillas. They sell out, so don't go too late. We took a cazuela once & they filled it up for a party. It's so good. We ordered Birria Tacos de Res, and a Consome de chivo. Everyone was ordering the plebes, they look bomb too. Resonably priced. 10/10 recommend.
